Tanya Kathy hmmmm I reckon. On a serious note it’s good an officer has that mindset to begin with, most laws out there wouldn’t even be thinking like that.To protect and serve is what their purpose is and I’m sure it’s a pretty stressful job at the same time.At the end of the day their humans and have emotions like anyone but of course there are some out there to who abuse that authority. So it’s good to see the ones who have this type of mentality for sure! #damn #myfoothurts
@@pep590 I'm far from a criminal, but it's really hard to not notice how getting pulled over for small infractions like a tail light being out or something has went from a warning or a ticket that's over real fast to trying to investigate every single citizen as far as anally searching them hoping to find something to arrest them for just because their car had a tiny flaw in it's operating equipment. Look into new stations investigating certain police departments for abusing the Civil asset forfeiture law, purely legally made money buy gamblers that are professional poker players having their money confiscated by police with absolutely no evidence of crime taking place..... do a bunch of research before you start calling anybody a criminal that understands what modern policing has changed to
Decriminalized not legal meaning they can still fine you for small amounts and arrest you if you have to much now some states yes it is legal but were I'm from that's how the ugh do it
bad Good He was just eating. How is that trying to hurt someone? Not all cops are bad just like not all people are bad because cops are people too. There are some terrible cops just like there are terrible average citizens.
Dakota Clarke You’re mad over a comment on RU-vid? LMAO!! Ever since you amounted to nothing in life; you care deeply about what people say online. What a loser!
I know right. everyones all oh what nice cops picked up that guys tab. Am I the only one who thought they did it to get back at him. I doubt the guy “thought they were gonna hurt him” and it does not seem like it could be completely about race unless he was like a white supremacist or something which could be possible I guess. I bet he just gets pulled over all the time or he always gets busted for some weed. Or poleese came un tuk hids baibai. I Bet he was so pissed off. Imagine he didn’t accept it and still paid for his own meal and that server got a huge tip!!
Lol it’s really funny if you watch JUST that part. It looks like he’s laughing cause he knows that’s exactly what he was gonna say. Cop: we ain’t here to hurt you. That’s is unless ...haha..

Cop sounds like he would've ordered shrimp stew, shrimp soup, shrimp salad, shrimp, steamed shrimp, fried shrimp, shrimp kabobs, coconut shrimp, shrimp and potatoes, pan fried, stir fried and deep fried shrimp, ....that's about it...
Right I do feel the cops heart was in the right place I ran into a police officer yesterday he looked at me I looked at him we both look nervous he didn't know if I was a criminal I didn't know if he was a racist at the same time we both just smiled and shook hands and thought it was nonsense and we had a nice talk and went about our day and I told him I wish more officers will be act like that when running into a black person they're not all bad a lot of them are maybe half and half but that just means there are still half good officer out there too and we need to put some right on them and still be aware of our right and watch our back for the races officers but do not disrespect the good ones we need them
@@why-even-try-brotendo The point is just because you "pay their salary" doesnt mean that you will always get what you want. Usually its when people are in the wrong or their the suspect being questioned or they commited a traffic violation they say "I pay your salary". Ok and so does everyone else, and it just may be at that moment the cop is protecting everyone else from you. BTW "I pay your salary" can be applied to almost every profession. If u work for the electric company, I have electricity I pay your salary. If you work at the grocery store, I buy groceries, I pay your salary. Just sayin.

The story is getting blown out of the ordinary. It's real simple. He ain't got no hard feelings towards cops. He just smoked some bud and didnt want to sit next to them because then that would be a waste of weed
And how do you know this you were there did a lot of attention is with the police right now and you probably know what happened because you seen itor know the person whatever the case maybe but in this case it looks like it's a hate against the police

My thought exactly! Could have said, "We decided to pay for your meal to build a better relationship and rapport with the community, starting with you!"
な6IXLXRD they had the opportunity to do a good thing and try to mend the relationship between the police and the citizens they’re supposed to serve. But instead they reaffirmed their fear
That was nice of them. The guy probably has had some bad experiences with some not so friendly officers in the past and was nervous around them. It was nice of these officers to recognize that and do something to try to build trust with the guy. Hopefully it made difference in the way that he views police in the future.
“We work for the public” i’m happy you said that a lot of cops argue and say “I don’t work for you” But the truth is they do and I respect the cop who can acknowledge that
Arvind Vallabha I’m very aware of that... fact is most cops walk around like they’re our boss. they use sneaky tactics on the average citizen that don’t know their own rights. I believe whatever city you’re in as a citizen you should learn your rights so when tyrants come You can combat them.
If they took that oath seriously, they'd respect the fact that they do work for us. Bothem Jean literally paid Amber Guyger to murder him. We're paying them to kill us when they should be protecting us from real criminals.
Same goes for black people. We all are not thugs looking to commit a crime against you. I prefer to help people, not steal from them. I blame my mother and father for that.
I work in the medical field and was at a Subway and there was a cop in front of me. He was ordering his stuff and we were talking about where hes from, where im from, the weather. He pays and im still having my sandwhich made. He says bye and i think thats it. I get up to pay and the lady says he already paid for my sandwhich. I tried to catch him in the parking lot but he was gone. Very nice of him. If and when i get a chance to return the favor you can bet your butt im going to do it. We are all trying to get through this world. Most of them are just doing the job. Couple bad apples shouldnt be what we think are the norm.
Im a non emergency medical driver and I went to have lunch in a hospital and the doctor in front of me paid my bill. He was truly a blessing because i didn't know if I had enough money.😊 But im sorry I have to disagree with you on the bad apple comment. There are a hell of a lot more than a couple. Im speaking from experience.
Vic Chavez wow man, lmao, you’re stupid in 2 ways here, not knowing what gaslighting is, thinking any time an officer makes a good gesture to his community is for negative reasons
@bob taylor No no no you called the US a police state, AND it's no different than I'm quoting you here, a "German Gestapo". I want to see you try desperately to prove this first.
@bob taylor I really don't, no. If it was a police state how was I able to go to the store this morning and get my food and other items without issue? If there were Gestapo squads out there wouldn't there be police at the store waiting to check me before I went in? Or better yet waiting outside my house to check me there?
Abdul Mohamed No people are being ignorant and categorizing all officers as bad officers. And they usually have bad officers because in all honesty not that much people want to become an officer and risk their lives so the pd have to accept at a lower standard so you guys just have to be thankful for what you get
Nah it really just shows he's a passive aggressive douche like most cops. If he was doing it out of the kindness of his heart he wouldn't have left the note.
I came to this country became a citizen Graduated with a master degree. have always and will always work hard for everything I have. I walked into a certain restaurant I was immediately asked to leave with no explanation I asked if there was a reason. The officers who were eating at the restaurant proceeded to finish their meal Immediately proceeded to arrested me when I tried to pull way I was brought to the ground hold at gun point, I was charged with refusing arrest there was no other charges I will never forget how scared and humiliated I was the day. With such a charge I was never able to land my career job I work at Walmart overnight, but it is what it is. I am proud of who I am, I am proud of my skin color. I hold no hate tours our officers but I will never be able to feel safe around them and that is my story
@Kimberly Monique That's what I was thinking too, I mean they literally stated that they looked at one cop in particular and said they didn't want to sit there
no, that's the thin blue line. Also if the guy had sat there and started talking about smoking weed or something, they'd for sure have given him dirty looks at the least, and probably would have ran his plates, put a note on his record, etc. for something they overheard. Just a virtue signaling cop here, nothing to see.
I wonder why so few seem to realize that the cops are run by the suits. They take orders from mayors, councils, and commissions that direct them to enforce laws that legislators pass. The minority of cops that abuse their authority should be dealt with harshly, but that is even more important for suits, who seem to expect the mere loss of their jobs to be some grave punishment. Abuse of public power should come with the expectation of incarceration as a high probability rather than just a passing thought.
live near traitors,, get what ya get. They have zero issue with (and immunity from) executing you, your kid or your dog. For no lawful reason or any reason what so ever.
The video is a cop paying a shitty persons tab, what does that have to do with anything??? You don't have to be a good cop or bad cop, you don't have to be a good person or a bad person. Everybody is just human and every single human will do stupid shit. A good cop can have a bad day and kill someone. A bad cop can have a good day and resue someone. Shit happans. Just take them as they come.
@Tyrone jacobs jr so there's a shooting, a cop(anycolor) kills a kid, the kid was the shooter. Is the cop a goodcop or badcop? It's not always black/white, just saying shit happans to anyone and everyone, good and bad.
Tappan Zee Yeah, they can sit wherever they want and I can call them out for being judgmental assholes about it. You wouldn't be singing the same tune if the couple refused to sit near a black family, would you? But it's OK to paint all police officers as dangerous because a few have behaved badly. Judging people you don't know and refusing to sit by them makes you a classless douche. Period. Yeah, I sit where I'm comfortable but I don't base that on what someone looks like or what they do for a living. The only things that would make me uncomfortable sitting by someone are bad behavior they are exhibiting... i.e being loud and obnoxious. If you are uncomfortable sitting next to someone because they wear a police uniform, fuck you.

@@eddycharles4274 You made a few typos but if I don't think it would matter much anyway. The problem people have with cops in general is the protection of the "few bad apples". With cops standing by as another does something wrong, punishing people for speaking up, or even mocking victims of police violence, what does the tab on a meal mean?
Kareem Jordan Him picking up the tab is meant to show you not all cops are bad cops. You watch cop do something bad and you think they are all the same. You see a cop using force or doing anything that may look aggressive and you immediately believe they’re doing it for no good reason. You are prejudice. When one of their own breaks the law or becomes corrupt, they punish them for it. I have mixed emotions about officers its hard to get over a $500 ticket for asking for directions. I was lost and seen a cop behind a road barricade so i pulled up next to him to ask for directions, he felt threatened pulled his gun out and the rest was BS I will never forget it.
Texans and Candy! How the hell would you feel if someone approached YOU while you were sitting still behind some barricade, road block, side of the road, talking to dispatch, filling out paper work, taking notes, studying notes or information or WHATever ? It could be a set up. You never know what kind of crazies are out there that might want to hurt you and might see an opportunity to do so. As a police officer, you have to be able to perform your job professionally and be aware of your surroundings while not trying to offend your sensitive little panty waist candy ass ! It's because of YOU lazy ass drug dealers that make the officer paranoid and treat you the way they do. Then you all want to comPLAIN about it ? You all have your heads screwed on wrong. You get treated the way you treat people, in case you never heard that growing up. You just want fear and respect through violence. Don't work that way Gilligan. Why don't you get off your lazy drug dealing, video game playing, soft ass and do something FOR they community instead of doing your under handed against the law bull shit to DESTROY it ? Chew on THAT for awhile, you bunch of ass clowns. And that goes for the ones that know who they are. If you get all butt hurt and offended and type a bunch of ugly stuff back, then you are the warts on the ass of society that I'm talking about. I don't hear any of you screaming about what a GOOD job a police officer is doing, because they are a threat to your underground crap you're doing !
