5 muscle ups, 50 dips, 30 pull ups, 60 push ups, 5muscle ups within 5 minutes I always dreamed of having this opportunity. If you really want it, you'll get it. I'm blessed of being part of the Fam🙏🏼🅱️🅱️4️⃣🕒 Thanks to Pier Piazza 🙏🏼😘
the best Bar-Barian Requirements to date. This is goals for me right there. You got me (and someone else you know well) smiling all the way through 💯🅱️🅱️👊🏻👊🏻👊🏻
This is the kind of Requirements that me and many other athletes dream to be able to do one day... It was an honour to witness it in person... Congratulations once again Javi!
Amazing! Do you have any tips please? I've actually been trying to do the Barbarian 2011 requirements for ages. I usually get stuck on the 5 Muscle ups at the end...
Only your performance is a bar-barian requirements success. All the others are doing quickly with bad form, not valid in my opinion. The form being the most important thing ! Full ROM and locking out. Great job! you are the one and the only winner!
Javi, that was an amazing performance. Do you have any tips for someone training for the BBR's? At my current level, I can probably do 30 dips without stopping, 25 pull-ups without stopping, and 45 push-ups without stopping. However, doing the sets one after another just destroys me.
Years later but, U can just lower rep numbers like 20 dips 15 pull 30 push in 5 min, when u do it in like 4:30, start increasing reps like 25,20,35 in 5min and so on. Other way, do same reps, but with higher time limit, keep training till u do in 5 min. 1st way better imo cause u always have limited time
Oh, thanks! I am asking because I don`t have weights so I will be doing high reps pull ups and dips and was wondering how effective is that for building strength to increase the weighted RM and helping with FL, planche, OAP,...etc as people are saying high reps only builds endurance and little or none strength.
