Oh, I thought Forza 5 and Horizon were both Xbox one exclusive. So what tech specs does the One have that are better than the 360?

No only forza horizon is on 360. I don't really know a lot about technical specifications but I know that the Xbox one has 8 gb of ram, and can run games at 50 fps. Pretty much your games will run smoother and look way better on Xbox one
