I use this recipe often and love it ! Last night I made it but didn’t have water chestnuts or celery and not enough hoisin… so I added peanuts and oyster sauce and it was still a huge hit with the family! This recipe is FLEXIBLE…I was shocked!
I just made them for my family and they all loved it! I added a little more hoisin and soy sauce bc I like a lot of sauce but it tasted amazing!!! thank you!
Just made this and it was delicious! I only had chives on hand so I had to substitute the green onions but it totally worked out! I also added sliced asparagus 👌🏼
Just made it tonight and it was pretty good, I omitted the water chestnuts because I don’t like them and I know people said it’s made with Shiitake mushrooms but mushrooms look nasty and I don’t like touching them lol.

I added a bell pepper just to add some vegetables to it, as suggested by someone and it came out delicious. Tastes just like the restaurants wraps if not better.

Good job. I worked @ PF. Pretty close. But the sauce has mushroom soy sauce. And when you cook the chicken let the pan be really hot. And let the chick get a little char. They like it stir fry if not it'll be like builded chicken and finish with sesame oil. But good job.
My pan was only on medium low heat and the chicken came out so pale even with all the ingredients added. It doesn't look as dark and flavorful as what I've seen on other people's videos and recipes. Could it be that my pan wasn't hot enough to char the chicken?

Delicious!!!!! We had this for appetizers tonight and everyone loved it! I had to substitute celery for the water chestnuts since Safeway was out. But still, it's just like I remember it from PF Changs! Thank you for sharing! I can't wait to make it again and again and again! I think I'm obsessed! :)

I distinctly remember shredded carrots and cashews, always easy to add. Lower to 3 tblspn hosin to dramatically cut sugar and carbs. PF. Change’s here served with butter head lettuce. Better for wrapping
