I have a maxwest gravity 6 and the bottom part of the screen where the home and back keys are located have become unresponsive to touch. Is there anything I can do to fix this issue? Your help would be greatly appreciated.

yes...it does not not power on completely. It is stuck on Maxwest logo.

I don't have a computer my maxwest will not let me in and said I had a trojan virus and then will not let me put my pin in it will not let me power it off it will not let me restart it and will not let me do anything except let the battery please help me figure this out

oh please reply. my gravity6 after a couple of drops from a music stand, it was probably like 3 feet above ground and now it's not responding to touch, how can i fix this??? please help. it's happened before and other times i had to go get it fixed somewhere i dont know, i really dont want to spend money fixing this.

Gogle your model and find the reset hole , hit it and it should boot straight up if he battery has some life

noo study this How to enter Maxwest Nitro 5 Recovery Mode and Hard reset / Pattern Unlock. Recovery Mode Maxwest Nitro 5 Turn off the device Press and hold Volume Up key + Power Key about 10 seconds Release all key when you see Maxwest or Android Image appears Press Power key for a while to enter Recovery mode Use Volume key to select Menu Use Power key to Confirm or Execute Menu Hard reset Maxwest Nitro 5 In Recovery Mode select wipe data / factory reset press Power key to confirm select Yes - delete all user data, press power key to confirm select Reboot system now to finish hard reset Warning! If you perform a hard reset, make sure to back up important data. The data can not be recovered after perform a hard reset.

I need help!!! Everytime I open an app on the gravity 5, it closes after .5 seconds a then I return to the home screen. I've reset it, been updated it's so irritating I'm goin to throw it away next. it has closed on me 5 times since I began to write this !!! please help!! -xo one pissed mama

Juan Diazto be honest bro the day they changed the software site and firmware is hard to find I not give support for this tablet anymore , I dont like how costumers of this company are being proved once again that buying a tablet from some unknown company that just come to hustle the people - just do a total reset

Trust me, I have tried any firmware and do a hard reset, I also tried to connect it to my computer with drivers Maxwell provided to 3rd parties. I also tried loading a custom ROM ...pretty much anything to get it working. I finally got an answer from Maxwell and they had requested an RMA.

Got my hannspree tablet back. Was freezing on first screen now it freezes on 2nd hannspree screen. Called them they said only solution is factory reset. I lose all apps setting ect. No happy and is this true. ?

tyrone crowder you can also try to clear cache ..find out how to start the device in recovery mode , inthere just clear cache and restaRT !

hmmm... i have the strange feeling this is some hardware problem or you flashed wrong software . Get the right rom and do a fresh install and tell me the results

Well leave it up to my 11yr old, I'm back working...lol..but to answer you question, I didn't do anything...it just stopped. No drop, no water has been near it. I figure it was the cold being that I went outside with it in this weather, cause it was when I came in that I tried to use it and couldn't... I guess I didn't reset it right...I know now...thanks for all your advice...😄

was just thinking of your problem and you message me ..so is it now working again ??? And to do a clean reset go to settings , then security and there you see reset the phone ..if it ask a code it's 0000 let me know how it went
