Yeni R I been saying this shit too. We just bought a house but in a few years we are going to buy a bigger house and I tell my husband “nothing too big cuz the bigger the house the more cleaning there is to do” 😂😂😂
My family moved into a much bigger house a long time ago and that shit stays dirty !!! It’s sooo much effort to clean everything 😅 definitely makes you rethink what type of home you want to live in.

I think everyone goes through finding dream home...not getting dream home because someone beat you to it...and you realize once you buy your home you'll be glad they beat you to it...bc you'll end up w your actual dream home
Only you guys can make house hunting so fun, I really liked the 2nd house but the backyard on the 3rd house was amazing!! Also love that you bought your parents a house before you bought yourself a house, really speaks volumes of your character and how you were raised. I hope to one day be able to gift my parents something that extravagant. 💚💚

Omg I was obsessed with the first house it had everything! The layout was amazing and so bright and airy and comfy...you could make one of the rooms into a theater room..the pool was so nice every thing.. obsessed! Can't wait to see what you pick when you guys decide to buy.
I saw the tour of house n2 on RU-vid the other day. Soo nice. It does look like a Hotel a little bit because of the material used, but you can make it into a home. So nice
Love this new series!!! We just bought a house 3 weeks ago and moved in. This is our very first house and went with a strict budget. We knew this wasn’t our forever home so we went basic and in our price range. Until my son starts school and I can go back to work full time we’ll look again for a forever home (school district, neighborhood, etc).

Hey Karen and Sebastian! My main advice for buying a home is making sure you have your prequalification letter made and ready to go from your lender if you’re using one. It shows you’re a serious buyer and you have the funds ready to go. When I put my offer in for my house, i offered asking price. There were 3 other parties whose offers were actually higher than mine, but got declined. My realtor told me i most likely got picked for my house because i had my pre-qualification letter ready as proof that I’m serious about buying. I cant wait to see the next house hunting episode!!! I loved the the first one and the third one. The first one was cozy and beautiful I feel like Black doors and all. The third one we didn't see much but idk I love it. If I had to choose I would pick house #1. The second one it looks like a hotel fancy hotel but idk it looks expensive and all but yeah

Ugh I wish we spent more time looking for a house to buy 😭 market where we live goes too fast and then while we were searching we found out I was pregnant and then the symptoms came rolling in right after that 😅😅😅 Also wish we had that kinda house money shiiiiitttt looking like million dollar homes 👀🔥
