Honestly, sometimes it makes me wonder why these young people are buying homes at 18years old... stay home, save your money, dont rush into life and mortgages without even knowing what you'll be doing at 30yrs old.... these young people might think they have all the money and everything in the world now but hey, let's see what they have left in the future.

She should rlly start making wise choices. Just buying an apartment and now buying a huge ass expensive house. She never knows what might happen in the future.

Exactly! The floors and cabin sets do not come standard in model homes. You just pick out flour plans and then spend six hours in a design studio picking out the interior design.
in my city, those houses would be between five and ten million euros, even a two-bedroom flat costs about a million in most parts of the city... but I live in the city with most rich people of Germany so they are constantly raising the prices
I kept thinking “omg she’s so freaking picky and ungrateful” throughout the video but then I thought about if I was investing a bunch of money I earned to get a home and I would honestly probably be picky too. I’ve always wanted a big nice house like those but I can’t since I’ve decided to be a teacher and I’m pretty sure they don’t get paid much soooo.... lmao

Of course you never know if you're actually gonna have kids with your boyfriend, but it doesn't matter what age you are. You are never sure what will happen with your relationship regardless of how old you are. If you're young and have a feeling that you found "the one", why not talk about having kids with that person? Not everyone plans on having children at 30 or so, some want kids at a younger age (mid 20s for example)
maybe it’s the age that affects you but I don’t mind cos they look like they’re in it for the marriage and not most relationships don’t commit like that as they should.
@@kakachiuchitake7509 so true! That's what I think. I'm a person that's all or nothing when it comes to relationships. I won't be in a relationship with you if I can't imagine being with you for my life. That's why I turned down people that I did really like and went out with. Maybe it would have been a good relationship but I just knew I couldn't see myself with that person in 5, 10 or more years into my future. With my boyfriend I can see us being married, having kids together, growing old together. I need to feel like a person won't just be my lover but also my best friend before I get into a relationship with them.

Alll for doing what you want with your money. But I feel like at 18, an apartment is more ideal for you even if a house is a good investment. You never know what could happen and home ownership is stressful af.

Not at all an apartment is not ideal money wise. It’s better to invest in a house because when you’re finish you can resell it which you can get a lot of money from. While when you move out of an apartment you can’t sell it cause it’s not yours so you end up for a year or more spending money on it and at the end you can’t get money out of it. So a house is smarter.

I used to think this too, but honestly it’s so good of her to be this picky about her potential home. It’s easy to get too excited about buying a house and overlook aspects that you don’t like and later down the line these things seriously bother you and more than likely you have to live there for a long time and it will bother you every single day lol
You're right, the white kitchen is bright airy spacious and makes you geel happy.. dark is sad and depressing.. also, flooring is a huge thing. Get light floors whether its real wood, or laminate- LIGHT makes spaces appear larger and they are bright.,

What you could do about the cabinet situation is find a happy medium and probably do a pretty (light) gray color. So its not too dark for you and not to light for Elijah
