Just a few days ago I've been more dedicated to have a stronger body and get better at football so I'm starting to play alot less video games and I'm dedicated to training
Abi how many times a week should we do donut and calf training I do calf training 3_4 days at home and core training 6 days + 60-70 fast exam 3 series every day Is this good for football I lost my fast running, my feet are not fast, what should I do?
