Right now at my job there are three leads get paid their leads positions and the rest of the leads get paid the regular workers pay and one guy that's the lead he has complain many times to the supervisor that he has been a lead and do other jobs for them for some time now and he still not getting paid the leads pay. On his title is just associate not lead. And sometimes they threatened him if he don't come for overtime they threaten him his job one of the supervisor is an Indian lady but she give his new lead that has only been there a little over a month the actual lead title and Lead pay is she didn't know anyting what to do with that guy had to train her I told him he should go to HR
