I love the use of the metronome as an instrument. Kinda like the heartbeat of time. During temporal tower it is fast and steady, before slowing to a crawl in the temporal spire, indicating the slowdown and collapse of time. During the final fight it goes into overdrive again as if it going into cardiac arrest any second.
what i always loved about this whole theme and stage is: The whole place is the embodiment of you're running out of time hurry up, this theme feels like time is your worst enemy and yet you come here to save it
How could a creator of such a glorious remix think of it as worthless garbage? I spent FOREVER looking for this remix a few months ago and was confused why it wasnt showing up no matter how hard i looked. I appreciate the re-upload.
@@Rqptor_omega It was not taken down. Tytolis himself took them all down himself. He does not like these covers anymore. Too bad for us that an artists hardest critic is their own self.
I can relate to the artist. Despite the track's greatest innovation and uniqueness compared to other remixes being the usgae of the metronome as an instrument. It does feel really similar to original soundtracks and that may be what have ticked him off.

As someone's comment on the original said, 'I love how the Time Gear is a visual representation of the metronome'. Could be worded differently but you get it.
I will say, while it's not exactly the original animation as I remember it, the way you did it is still in very well in sync and I really like the animation here. This was also arguably the best remix of the 3 songs, with the orchestral and the clocks ticking and pretty much, it does capture the feel of when in the game, as a group of underdogs, you have to face off against Pokemon's son of time, Dialga, not to defeat, but save him from an unknown mastermind behind his corruption. I also honestly think Dusknoir wasn't a bad guy, as deceptive and backstabbing as he was. I do think he was thinking he was doing the right thing until he realized what was going on.

The animation and the music.... absolutely incredible. So cool to see these old games still beloved after all this time. PMD2 was the best Pokemon game. ....can't believe this game is "old" now...
That gear animation is nothing short of beautiful, I love that so much. And the way you animated the petals was really clever too. Ngl now I kinda want a real clock designed like that
I love how ALL aspect of time are present (time gear theme, through the sea of time, temporal tower spire and fight to the finish) if you listen closely they have the same theme at different speeds and intensity

wtf i have the two versions in my recommendation next to each others x) i discovered the first one, arond three or four hours ago, listening it again but with an animation is priceless
Agh I remember this! I believe it was the same day in 7th grade when I had to go to the ER cause my autistic aah accidentally got a couple of magnets stuck up my nose. Man this awakened some deep memories
@@Evdafawth Nothing innately was wrong with it, it just the most basic and probably worst one in the series, and its very short. The remake was beautiful with lots of good content added but removed all difficulty. This is fine since its entry level but I would hate to see a rehash of the same art style for PMD2 it deserves much more attention and a remake in this fashion would not be good. You and I would buy anything in the series but the mass media would not be grabbed unless the remake is particularly well thought out and crafted.
@@dawntwilight I asked him about that. Said it wasn't music it was rubbish. Which was odd since it was one of the best remix of those three songs out there.
No warning He just vanished and rebranded to Tytolis and started posting furry content (Not a bad thing). Worst part is it wasn't a name change but a channel wipe. I was so sad to see all the stuff go. We didn't even get an answer as to why.
