Actualy the true origin of haitians is IGBO LAND and am not kidding about this. The haitians, the jamaicans and black american from virginia, north and south carolina are mostly people taken from igbo land during the horrible transatlantic slavery. If u check ur DNA u gonna find out u 've got igbo blood running in ur vain, so ur 8 or 9 generations were igbos before haiti in order words we are thesame people that's why igbo land will always be ur home at any given time u choose to come home and we 'll welcome u with an open arm cos indeed the home of ur ancestors is ur true home land and nothing can change that so don't let anyone tell u otherwise.
@@sylviasworld9397 We are not from the US. Haiti is a Caribbean country and became the first independent Black nation in the world in 1804. Haiti is the second oldest nation in the Americas. The Igbos that were brought to Haiti played a prominent role in our independence.

Diana we call it Ichaka. The main body is grown on a tree mostly used by people of southeast Nigeria called Igbos. On that tree, one could also get palm wine cups, and other things. Haiti has alot I common with Ndi Igbo. I was once told they were moved from among Ndi Igbo. I hear they also name their first daughters Adanna. Could u Please help me with some names among Hiatians
@@chijiokeobueze6922 We name culturally things after our ancestors, examaple: We have what's called the congo drums and ibo drums. Our beaches have some of the same names. My mother has a aunt named ozinna spelled the same excat way and I found out it's also a igbo name. We have tried our best in keeping our ancestors name but due to the fact of slavery and colonization of my ancestors we have french names. But yes there are haitian women with the name Ada or Adanna.

Excellent, good going Enugu. Reminds me of Medellin, Colombia where there is a culture of workout in the city encouraged by city by building infrastructions that encourage physical exercise. Hopefully, Enugu city will also build bicycle lanes and become more eco-friendly
