Ogryn team bestest team. Fatshark should make a special cohesion bonus for all ogryn teams The taunt on blocking doesn't seem to be working at all times, some ranged enemies kept shooting even though they seemed to be in range
The ult taunt will force enemies that have a melee weapon into melee. So shotgunners, gunners, and reapers will not come into melee. There is no taunt on block? Did you mean taunt on push? Same rules apply as the ult
Ok, yeah it just must not work on blocking ranged attacks with the sheild. Pushing an enemy is always better than blocking if you can, besides like ragers.
@@MasterOps0 Disgraced Skitarri? They exist? How do Skitarri, imperial guardsmen as near-robot cyborgs, get disgraced? I'd kill to be able to play as one in Darktide, yet I see a Ratling better making the cut as a DLC class than a Skitarri. But enlighten me: How do the foot-soldiers of the Omnissiah become disgraced and how would a Skitarri Operative work in Darktide?
We have extremely similar builds, I actually opted for taunt and dropped the +30 Ogryn damage, filled out the keystone. I'm also running +3 stamina's with 60/60 sniper/bomber and +45% sprint efficiency so I always have a block available while sprinting between enemy packs. Good work boys, Shieldgryn is just insanely good now, he was great before, but now godlike.
I've been watching your videos for awhile now, we finally got this game on xbox and I fell in love with the plasma gun on the veteran, I hope you will make an updated build for it
>sniper uses a high-caliber precision antimateriel weapon to shoot an ogryn Ogryn: OUCH! >Ogryn uses a loose bit of rubble to hit the sniper Sniper: >explodes
Youd be better with extra health and learning to pace your dodges, usually no more than 3 at a time with about a 1 second break between. Expecting your team to keep picking you up will cause more strain to your team than just not going down as often.
also, I tentatively recommend getting a dodge counter mod. This helps you get a better idea of when you need to stop and when you should be pacing your dodges, and etc. However, it's also another thing that you have to keep in mind about when your doing other stuff, so it might just be an overload of information. Use it if you're able to get the flow and grasp of combat and easily eliminate specials and etc, but have a tough time getting proper hording balance and dodge timings. The big part of getting from 3 to 5 is how well you can deal with hordes and how fast you can snipe specials while dealing with the horde (as front-line). Later on it's also how fast (or really how well) your build can tear down bosses. But I wouldn't worry about that.
Can actually solo a Demonhost quite easily as Ogryn with the Krourk Knife. Chaining the heavies keeps your toughness up and you can outlast them. Or you can stagger lock them with Bully Club slaps. Ogryn is the ultimate Daemon hunter...
@@TheOldWarden well, youre clrealy not a chad, because if you were one youd tell me what mod it is. But ive it now :3 :P And if i see some one ask, ill be the chad i hoped to find here. 💪
@@TheOldWarden you seem to have some issues dude, asking what it is if you never used it, doesnt have to do with small brain. Acting like you, very much. :) very smol im feel sorry for ya.
@@l3xitscomplicated191 what you're telling me you can't tell what something is if you've never seen or used it before? What are you? Some kind of loser?
