i love how moonbin accepted this kind of role aaaaa im so proud

I’m honestly surprised that moonbin played a gay character,, not because of anything about him but just because of the conservative way of korea and especially in the idol light. I’m proud of him for taking the role 💕and this fmv is great

But from the looks and expressions of Hwiyoung I feel like he also has something too for Ohje..

Tbh while watching the drama, i don't have any clue that ohje likes hwiyoung. I was really shock when he said he like someone and it's not a girl

I'm so glad they included a gay character. This show deals with struggles teenager deal with. This includes family problems, romances, finding one's true interests and also dealing with your own sexuality. I know it's sad that Ohje didn't have a love line but his character was meant to represent the struggle of realisation. Just by including his character they showed that this was a "typical" struggle of some teenagers. Making this as normal as it should be.

Moonbin doing a gay role in a drama just made him a hundred times more attractive 😍

I really love how Oh Je's character was portrayed in this series. 💙 The locker scene at the end was especially special. It portrays a gay character with feelings and boundaries rather than just sexual attraction.

I am so gald to the director and writers for including a gay character, especially in a Korean movie/series.

if I could have the chance to change the ending of this drama i would instantly give justice to oh je and ma hwi young’s story even if they do not end up together atleast they have a lot of scene where they are together. I really didn’t know oh je likes ma hwi young until the scene in the bus where all people look at each other’s love

If the production really make an alternative ending for the both of them i will literally fly to south korea and give my money

i am so proud of him.. he accepted this role.. as a fan of bl content & knowing the amount of such content on the K side is nearly non existent(things are now improving thankfully tho), I was surprised when I first heard about him playing this character.. He brilliantly portrayed it bc such characters require alot of expressions thru eyes and body language.. He really nailed it. So proud of moonbin.. may you fly even higher.

Watching this i realise that they dropped so many small hints about it.

i just finished watching moment at eighteen and i am so mad!! because their storyline has such a big potential to be developed and explored more but gdi even the ending doesnt give them justice at all (esp. hwi young!! my fav. character, because of how complex he is. it's like he has so many layers and there's a lot more that we have yet to learn about him and a story about him would have so many things to explore, like his past, future and all that) i fuckin demand a season 2 with him as main!!!! (and also honestly i really wanna see more of how oh je eventually developed feelings for hwi young, like what did he see in him? was he different back then? was he not as bad? like, even just the slightest good thing that me might've done in the past that made oh je liked him. i mean, obviously he wasn't born wicked and evil like that, there's a big environmental factor that plays a role in how he turn out to be the person he is right now, and we can all see him suffering and in pain for all that) gdi and a lot of times i actually wished oh je would somehow try to approach hwi young during his hard times bc duh he has a crush on hwi young i thought he'd be concerned and care more about hwi young (which totally makes sense and logical for you to somehow want to care for your crush, i was expecting that all along!! but man was i left disappointed when their storyline really didnt develop and was just left like that) and hwi young LITERALLY has no one/real friend at that time!! during the hardest time of his life. i was actually afraid he might committed suicide at some point because he literally has no one by his side during the lowest time of his life (and again i thought oh je would somehow be the one who'd notice, cared for him, and offered him kindness when no one else would but man i was wrong 😩) like wthhhh hwi young is one big asshole but if you look closer he is just... unloved by everyone. i feel like he's never been truly loved by anyone and that's what makes him so damn heartless and cold because he indeed grew up in such a cold and unloving household (the very first ppl - his parents, that were supposed to give him warmth and feel loved supposedly didnt do that i guess), all he need is some love, really. it's rather sad. very sad actually. i know he's a big asshole but i hoped someone good will come along and showed him kindness so that he can turn into a better person, i hope everyone will stop looking at him as only a villain/antagonist, he's much more than that. he's also a victim too (of his parents). and he deserves to be loved too and be given second chance. everyone can change.

this whole kdrama is the best Highschool drama i've ever watched, it deals with different problems of a teenager, that any teen ager could relate to, personally i see my self on soo bin, i'm a senior too btw its freaking hard to know what you want on college and life.

I'm not a fan of Astro but I'm very proud of Moonbin for portraying a gay character especially in a country where its frowned upon. Him being an idol is why its all the more unusual. Wish Korea soon progresses to become a more tolerant country.

@fullm8nbin What I interpreted from the last line is that Moonbin's character is telling hwiyoung that to love hwinyoung is his personal matter and he is fully aware that hwiyoung is not interested in him and therefore he will not try to pursue him or force his feelings on him unlike hwiyoung who was trying to win the FL reagardless of the fact that she loved someone else. Also he is implying that he may continue to have feelings for him until he finds somebody else..
