Edited from the FIE live stream for clarity and searchability, mainly so we can re-watch it: 2019 Fencing World Championships in Budapest, men's sabre final between Oh Sanguk (Korea) and András Szatmári (Hungary). What a chase.
Not taking away from his skills, but it's pretty obvious that Oh's incredibly long lunge is the game changer. He consistently hits opponents with direct or indirect attacks who think they've pulled enough distance. If they try to pull more, Oh sees them prepping to get back and doesn't lunge immediately.
