Ekow, good job thanks 👍 a lot helping our brothers and sisters who are coming home. Help them also with reliable and honest house helps. Today in Ghana some people are discarding honesty and embracing dishonest. Where is our moral values, they don't mind disgracing themselves and Ghana at all cost.

I think buying a house that is already build maybe a better option for some people, especially the elderlies. And, it may workout to be less expensive in the long run. It's nice building your own house if you are living in Ghana, and you have the time and the money to oversea your project. When you are not around to supervise your project, people do what you tell them not to do.... And that can make you very upset..

Good job uncle. Already built one level house will be great for him, or storey building levels, but he takes tge ground level...unfortunately, cape coast is not Accra, so not too many options like that, theres more land to build, than already built, but if u guys find one, the price will be way affordable than Accra. He doesnt even need a whole house, a simple descent apartment will be perfect for him...otherwise, maintaining a whole hoyse will be too cruel for him. He just wants to enjoy his later years in paradise. I just wish he had come back home sooner.

Uncle, I think u should contact youtube or something, becos your numbers don't change at all. Everytime, we click, nothing changes or moves.. with other channels, everyytime we click u see the number move nicely and add on your click. It doesn't encourage us at all.
