J&M 750 Grain Cart
J&M Manufacturing 750 Grain Cart
The Recipe for Success: Honesty, Hard Work, and a Firm Faith in God
J&M's founders, Jerome and Maurice Grieshop, were raised in the small farming community of Fort Recovery, Ohio. Growing up in a large family, they were taught the importance of hard work, the value of a dollar and the necessity to treat others the way they would want to be treated. Being farmers themselves, they understood the hard work that was necessary to produce a quality product and the importance of having equipment designed to make farm work easier and more efficient. In 1960, with a firm faith and trust in Almighty God, they started the J&M Manufacturing Company with these qualities as their guiding principles for how they would design products and conduct business. It has proven to be a very successful recipe that has been passed on and continues to be the key to the ongoing success at J&M today.
Your Leader In The Field Since 1960
J&M Manufacturing Co., Inc. has been a leading manufacturer of grain handling equipment for over 60 years. Located in the agricultural community of Fort Recovery, Ohio, J&M has consistently provided innovative, dependable, and high quality products to farmers throughout the United States and Canada, as well as overseas. Starting in 1961, we built our first gravity wagon, holding 110 bushels, for a local farmer. By 1975, our boxes grew to 350 bushel capacity, selling over 8,000 units that year throughout the grain belt region of the United States. Today, our wagons hold up to 760 bushels.
In 1984, we designed our first grain cart, a side folding auger cart holding 450 bushels. In 1989 we introduced our front-folding corner auger cart which continues to be the industry standard today. This cart design utilizes a single auger that provides 100% visibility of the auger while unloading and equally important 100% visibility during the folding sequence. A corner auger sump design also provides superior cleanout. Innovative options, like our patented hydraulic Flow Control Spout, electronic scales, walking tandem dual wheels, tracks and roll tarp continue to make the J&M Front-Folding Auger Cart one of the most sought after carts on the market today. Our grain carts have grown in size and unloading speed - up to 2,300 bushel capacity with a 22" diameter unloading auger - delivering over 800 bushels per minute.
Today, along with gravity wagons and grain carts, our product line-up includes nitrogen applicators, bulk and pro-box seed tenders, soil conditioners, and header transports as well as bolt-together products for container shipment overseas. No matter which product you choose, you can be assured it is built to handle your toughest demands year after year.

I love that 1680 model. Drove one every summer in the 90s for 10 years harvesting milo, soybean, and corn. Best summers of my life.

The earlier Case IH Axial Flow combines were easier to work on than some others. They had less moving parts and the corn heads had knife rolls that did a great job of cutting down the corn stalks. Didn't need expensive "chopping" heads. Not sure why Case IH went with the Cummins engines later on. The International engines were quite dependable and durable. I used to farm about 1,000 acres and and got it all done with an International 1420. Nice enjoyable video!!

In my time on our farm, we went from 3 915’s to 3 1480’s, then to three 1680’s, then 3 2188’s, then two 8020’s. I miss those 1680’s...

@@LMDProductionsOfficial they’re great machines. Tremendous capacity. I miss the 1480/1680’s though. Our 915’s actually didn’t give us much trouble, even though everyone loves to hate them. Did the job (and a lot of it) for us.
