Normally don’t have the attention span to listen to radio talk for over an hour, but this is easy listening. I love hearing buckeyes feel what we felt for years.
Well, I only felt really bad in 2016. Michigan wasn’t very good in the other years and I didn’t expect much. These 3 wins are GREAT because we were BOTH good.
No Ohio fan should EVER talk about where the refs spotted a ball. See the last 30 seconds of the 2016 game where JT was CLEARLY short by about 2 feet and the game should have ended right there!
Ohio State has the most spoiled fanbase of all time. They just CANNOT handle losing. They can't. I mean, boo-fucking-hoo. Try losing eight of these in a row, fellas (I can only hope). Anyway, I live in Ohio, and will REALLY enjoy and relish this one. The previous two were great, too, but this one really, really feels good. Especially considering what has transpired this season, what Ryan Day has said (and has said in the past -- the "hang 100 on em" comment has aged like milk on a radiator), the fact that it all fell on the shoulders of Sherrone Moore, and he COMPLETELY outcoached Third Base Day, and so on. Yeah. I'm enjoying this one, no matter what happens the rest of the way this season. GO BLUE!
That’s not an interception. All the ball has to do is break the plane of the end zone. Doesn’t matter what happens afterwards. It’s no different if a running back dives and breaks the plane of the end zone and then loses it.
Yea, something was totally going on with Klatt in The Game. He was for whatever reason acting way more biased to OSU. Not sure if it was intentional or not but clearly he was.
When these guys said "if that isn't in the end zone that's an interception" I found myself thinking "yes, fellas, that is in fact how the rules work, it was in the end zone so it's a touchdown"
I'm already sick and tired of their goal line interception narrative..... They took a long time reviewing the call on the field.... Roman had already crossed the goal line before the Bucknut tried to reach in and rip it away..... Excuses, excuses, excuses..... You lost again, Brutus.... Man up!
@@josephallen8044 - absolutely! It was never thought to be an interception, they viewed it to see when did he take the ball from Roman Wilson, and it was long after the touchdown, and after they hit the ground. Do not concern yourself with the dumb fans that don’t know the rules.
Same here when I was at Michigan. The Ohio fanbase makes it impossible for me to feel sorry for them. I’ve got no qualms with the players, but the fans can suck it.

When “Like OMG they stole our signs!” and “buh buh they haven’t played anybody!!” cracks you across the jaw with a 2 x 4. Again. The defeat and misery could not apply to a more deserving fan base & coaching staff. More excuse-making for next 365 days
Osu has taken a backseat to Michigan. It's plain as day. Osu fans cannot talk about the game without loads of excuses though, it's so amusing. Sunlight? Lol

This was so wonderful. They were so confident that they would beat Michigan that they were actually dancing before the game. Roman Wilson said it best, "Ohio State aren't tough."
Honestly props to them for all the JJ love. People love to look at his stats and assume he isn't that good but he is gonna be playing on sundays for a long time.

Hash marks. There was a slight breeze. I think one person brought up injuries, even though we were out our best DB (Johnson), best TE (Loveland) and best OL (Zinter) for chunks of the game.
The refs Ryan Day was on his period Treyveon refused to go back on the field after Mikie Sanristil laid the wood on em. They can go on n on. But NONE of it matters! Go Blue.✊🏼
As a Michigan fan I have enjoyed your discussions these last 3 years. Great game however between these two teams. If your a buckeye or a wolverine and are truthful and realistic. It’s pretty special what both our fan bases have. OSU and Michigan are incredible programs and we are lucky to hate each other and have this rivalry. Go blue 〽️! Get ready for 0-4 next year.
The ability to control OSU's run game was the difference in this game. Henderson was my big worry going into this match-up. It forced McCord to shoulder the burden. He played well except for those two INTs. My stomach was in knots the whole day. GO BLUE!!!
You guys do know that this is a great rivalry. You’re going to have your heart broken many times. As a Michigan alum I can honestly say that Ohio State has made us a great program today. This was an extremely close game that could have easily gone either way. You guys played great.
Was a good fought game for sure. I will say if anyone thinks that Roman Wilson catch 3 steps and walking over the line before the guy tried taking it wasn't a TD, I can't help ya lol. Maybe if he caught it right on the 1 and was falling down sure INT but he was running with the dang ball 😅
When you were describing how JJ doesn't put up the big numbers, but he does what the team needs to win, and how he is very accurate and plays smart, he does begin to remind me of another Michigan quarterback. Being a Michigan alum and living in New England I got to watch the other guy every week for years. Now I am not going to use his name, because at this point I would never put JJ in the same sentence as that other guy, but let's come back to that discussion in 5-10 years.
@@sheneedsme Time will tell. Right now I don't think so but JJ is damn good. Harbaugh mentality when he reset the program was give the focus to the players at all times. JJ, Blake, Mikey, and this week Rod all earn their stripes through grit so the coaches give them the spotlight.
Bottom line, Michigan out coached Ohio State and made the right adjustments all game long. This was 2 good teams, so there was not going to be a blow out from either team.
So the real question to me is which win is the greatest that we’re coining? At the big house in the snow in 2021 was a classic, last year for the first time in 20 years at the shoe was awesome, and this year had the most implications there might really ever be.

Roman Wilson scored a TD. He caught the ball at the 4. Had it pinned to his chest when he crossed the goal line. The ball was stripped 2 yards in the end zone. Complaining about that is laughable

Ohio State will need to change their entire recruiting philosophy if they want to avoid 3 game losing streaks to Michigan going forward. Ohio State's immensely talented 5 star recruits that leave after 3 years for the NFL will continue to lose to tougher, more experienced Michigan teams. Michigan has a plethora of players that quite frankly should be playing on Sundays now but they came back for this game and what lays ahead after it. They seem to buy into being a Wolverine more than Ohio Staye players buy into being a Buckeye. The little things like 5th yeat seniors only having a dozen or so helmet stickers, all representing TEAM accomplishments... as opposed to an Ohio State freshman having no more room for new stickers after their week 7 game against Indiana.
The Big Nut needs to remove his costume and wear normal clothing. He really looks foolish with all that garb for a mediocre team. I also find it offensive being in the middle of all that beautiful Maize and Blue.

The only questionable thing was not trying to pickup first down to ice the game. I’m not saying pass there, but give JJ chance to pickup first with run pass option.

I'd toss you a beer if I could. I never saw those comments during our down years. All I saw was straight up vitriol from them, I hope we continue to clap their cheeks next year. We still were disrespected, it'll take a couple more losses for them to stop saying "you didn't play anybody, Harbaugh going to the NFL, you can't win the big games." 9:30 can you find anything on Moore's play call? Yes. The two screen plays need better development. They were WAY too obvious and got blown up. But other than that, he coached a perfect game. His head coach stock just went through the roof and if he isn't Michigan's head coach next year, he will be one somewhere
Agreed - I hated the 3rd down screen pass calls, but as far as getting the most out of this guys, living in the moment and being actually tough, Moore was bang-on.

Well you guys asked a question at the 1:04 minute mark of what is it? Why ? I believe was the question and it's such a simple answer! Michigan! That's your answer. For 3 years Michigan has been the better prepared and better coached program. They have better conditioning and an extremely strong mental toughness. Hell if I was Ohio State I'd offer Michigans strength coach a zillion dollars to come work for me lol. That's where these games are being won. In the office season strength program. I'm not saying OSU is weak but Michigan keeps referencing the strength staff as being what has gotten it done for them so I believe it.
Don't forget the best line play. Michigan had the best offensive line in the country in 2021 and 2022 and one of the best this year. If you can give your QB 5+ seconds to make a pass and you have a decent QB, you're going to win. If Shea Patterson had this line play, he's a playoff QB. If Speight gets this line he's a playoff QB and never gets hurt. The line play the last 3 seasons has been darn near perfect

Two things: 1. Suckeye fans act as if and think they're entitled to win The Game just because they're Ohio State. 2. Michigan is in Ohio State's head. Michigan knows if they look Ohio State in the eye and push (poke) their finger in their chest, the Suckeyes will fold.
I'm not a Michigan fan per se, but I HATE OSU. So anything that brings them "misery" I'm all for!! On the other hand, the Buckeyes only have 1 frigging loss...do you know how many CFP programs would KILL for a record like THAT?!?! This is the beginning of the realization that there are no excuses and that they simply aren't good enough with one of the best wide outs in the country to get the job done. You don't win 11 games in back to back seasons with bad coaching. You simply can't win this game. Get over it.
Ohio State is the more talented team. They are better positioned to win a National Championship. Michigan is close in talent level, but they are built to win this game.

Great game. In the end, i think it really comes down to team vs. individuals. OSU has some stars for sure, but UM has stars but despite that, they are more like a team. As bo said: The team, the team, the team. Proud of UM and honestly OSU played a very good game too. Clearly OSU was the best team to play UM all year - and that may stay true the next 3 games.
