OhSnap 3 Pro Review (On a Pixel 7 Pro) 

Great review, I wanna give an update on the 3.0. I've had mine for 8 months and it has broken. The plastic hinges are actually still going strong, but if you have a 3.0, you'll see that the plastic hinges are attached to 2 panels that in turn are glued to the center plate that pops out. The panels are coming unglued from the center plate. In addition, I've found that I tend to hook a finger under the edge of the center plate to pop it out. Over time, because that plate is so thin, a hairline crack has started to develop on the center. Overall, I love that the 3.0 is so much thinner and doesn't need a separate metal ring to attach. But the plastic feels and is too cheap and flimsy. Advantages of the 1.0 is more durable materials and ease of use. I can just slide my fingers into the rubber loop (one-handed) instead of potentially using 1 hand to hold my phone while another hand pops open the back plate. And then I actually have to use my fingers to grip it instead of them being held in place with the rubber band. Overall, if they could combine the one-handed usability and materials from 1.0 with the lightness of the 3.0, we'd have a refined product on our hands

I'm wondering how strong the magnet is. I mainly use a magnetic phone mount for my car. Works well with a metal plate and a thinner case but my current case is slightly too thick and it tends to fall off. Thinking about installing this on the outside of my case instead. I guess dbrands claim of how thin their cases are isn't that accurate lol.

Any updates on the hinge durability? I had the 2.0 and the stretchy band ripped on my first one, and the kickstand snapped off the band on the second one. I get a ton of usage out of the magnets though so I really want to try it again.

Can you show how easy it is to take off? I don’t use a case on my iPhone and I’m concerned it will damage when removed.

How about comfort wise does it hurt after a while of use in the hand? Cause I heard in another review the 2.0 was very uncomfortable after holding it for extended usage.

Are you able to still use tap to pay with this?

How do you like the Pixel 7 Pro without a case? Are you worried it will break if you drop it?

Does it seem like technical would be easy? Safe to assume this won't be transferred to another case or phone? Single use and trash?

Only thing i care about is durability and comfort. How does it feel compared to pop socket? I like pop socket but they only last about a year

Were you able to figure out a way of opening it with just one hand?

Thanks for the video! Any chance you could try on the Fold4? I'm trying a few rings+cases to get Magsafe and wireless charging, but found no perfect solution yet. My last setup was a Aramid case with a magsafe ring, but even with glue my magsafe wireless charger evetuanlly got that off. Thanks!
