Fantastic review! You really provided a comprehensive overview of pros, cons and use-cases. Well done.

The “snap” is on the name, lol! I am still interested in this product, and since it is still aligned to the magnet in the iPhone despite it being made to glue to the phone or a case, I was wondering about sticking it on a grippy thin felt or material therefore, you can still reuse on other phones and cases without it being a permanent adherent. I like that it can be a kick-stand and also sticks to steel and metal surfaces where hands-free is needed. BTW, very good job on your first video. Keep it up.

I’m really tempted to get one soon it’s just the fear of it breaking because of the cheapish material, but from what I heard most people say it’s lasted a while for them.

I loved their Luxe branded ones. Just wish they’d lose the adhesive. Glad to know this one uses adhesive too. :(

After 6 months of family use the thin plastic base began to bow out and the center started to crack. OhSnap replaced free under warranty.

Anyone try this on a s23 ultra without the adhesive? I have the mous evolution case and want to be able to use the other accessories

Hey man i was think of getting this to use with the Moft Phone wallet stand however, i'm worried that the tail end that will be sticking up like you've shown at 1:37 will slide easily side to side. With a wallet attached, do you find that it can/will spin around easily, if that makes sense?

Great review especially for your first one. Maybe in future videos add some motion graphics to call call out the the bullet point pros and cons. I use a similar product by andobil which I love. I stick my phone to gym equipment whenever I workout and stick it to the fridge when I’m cooking. It has near identical functionality as the snap pro except you have to remove it to use wireless charging. That is the main reason the snap pro is still calling my name. How grippy is the texture on the snap pro? Is it slippery plastic?

What part is magnetic? the outside ring or the center disc?

No MagSafe?! You would think that almost every phone accessories manufacturer would be MagSafe compatible. Who wants to have a permanent accessory attached to their case with adhesive?! 🤦‍♀️ I actually thought they did away with attaching accessories with adhesive but I guess not! No thanks!

Wish I saw this video before I bought. Total waste of money

The grip will not work all cases, and in fact 90% of the cases you will try won't work. Gluck contacting the company to get a list of compatible cases, because they don't have one. They told me to just not use a case with their grip. Worthless and no way to return even though this is false advertising (since they say it works with cases). All I want is to know which cases work. Not even reddit can help here as every thread eventually concludes that all cases users have tried do not work.

The new version kickstand is terrible...weak engagement point, phone falls at slightest movement
