you need a drill powered pump. stick one end in the oil catch pan and the other end in a 55 gal drum set that baby to about half throttle with a zip tie and enjoy a beer and you can use it to transfer the new oil back in

@@bigchuckyinkentucky6267 There's no metering device on the tank pump so he has no way of knowing how much oil he's put in that way until it suddenly overflows the fill tube. I used to drive an A20 at a landfill back in the late 90's early 00's... Shocks in the seat were shot, and someone had used a bunch of rubber tie straps from the seat back to the handle on the escape hatch to hold it up. Get going a little too fast in the thing and you were in for a /wild/ ride. And I still remember the first time I ever tried to back the thing up. Yeah, I was a pretty good ways more than 45° off where I wanted to go. And the guy that was showing me how to run it was cracking up big time. XD Even had the pleasure of taking it about 10 miles down the highway once. Let me tell you, 30mph in one of those things even on smooth pavement is /no/ joke. Would not recommend. What sucked, was I was gone for a couple years in the middle... When I'd left everything worked, there was a little bit of slop as expected for it's age, but was overall in pretty darn good shape. When I came back, the place had been under new management for a while and apparently nobody ever kept up with maintenance, and it was wallered out /hard/. No brakes, lost a couple gallons of oil a day, lights busted off, glass cracked, super extra sloppy everything to the point I'm sure it'd never been greased once, cab full of mud, electrical system fubar, etc... Volvo tech never could get the main brakes past the point of dumping half the air in one brake press to barely slow it down a bit, so I screwed around enough with it to get the parking brake on the driveshaft working again, which was a trip to try to feather to slow down, and had a snap-in handle that tended to pop out at the /worst/ times. The other equipment had fared about the same or worse, and some were just so dangerous to operate that we'd use anything else possible before resorting to them only if absolutely necessary. The less said about the scraper's quarter mile or so high speed trip down the side of the hill, across a ~20'x6' ditch, and across the neighboring field, the better. I'm so glad I noped out of there when I did.

Drill the PVC where it overlaps the metal tube and then run a single self tapping screw into the metal tube. Fixed for life! Also have you tried leaving the fill cap off when you drain the old oil? Sometimes that releases the vacuum that forms when the oil drains out the bottom.

Get one of the welding magnets which are about 3 " across they are strong and would hold the pipe. They have a 1/4" hole so sized eye bold with a 500 lb string would work. When you get it could tie it off for a few days for the oil to drip off then pull it through the hole? Covering the opening in the interim. That middle filter is almost 3 yrs old? 5/30/18? Yes I do prefill the filters, cleaning all surfaces don't have to worry about dust , rain /snow yes but . More worried about lack of lubrication then contamination. What size thread are the fuel filters? I choose the 1/14 thread for my fuel filters as they have the lower micron/ cheaper/ plentiful.
