VVEL requires a significant amount of oil pressure to work correctly. The oil pump in the VK56 is pretty serious and you can feel the power and pressure in the oil cooler lines after the installation.
Being the Arizona heat, I did not want to compromise my engine because of oil temps getting too high. I was up into the 250deg F range only after a few pulls on the freeway prior to install. Now it struggles to reach 225deg F

I don't know if it's a pain - I know it's good to get the oil up to temperature quick and that helps a lot for sure. Especially in colder climates.

@@itsajonesthing8971 Yes it is all stock and the intake is so easy to remove. It's less than 20min to take off.

If I drive aggressively, between 12-15 city mostly. Highway is about 20
