The preliminary hearing was so much better than the real trial. Every one's memory was fresh and more accurate. The real trial was a circus. People were lying, subtracting, and adding to their story and showing off for the cameras.

But doubt was introduced by the defence (watch opening and closing statements/arguments), plus Mark Fuhrman's perjury and the sloppy work of the criminalists at the scene. This was the prosecution problem with Ms Clark, she couldn't ask the proper questions of the witness she continues to ask stupid questions like what did the dog do. The witness already told her what he seen and what he'd seen, how many times is she going to ask the same question over and over. Luckily for OJ Simpson that he was able to acquire F. Lee Bailey and Johnny Cochran, Berry Sheck and Peter Newfeld.

It's eerie to think in that nice neighborhood something like this happened. Also I know a lot of people think OJ commited this awful crime, or had someone do it and was there while it happened. From the autopsy reports, it stated that Ron Goldman put up a big fight. If OJ was the one who did this, there would have been more cuts on him rather than just the one infamous cut on his left middle finger. Also after OJ returned back from Chicago to Los Angeles and police took him into custody, they had him remove his clothes so they could photograph him to see if there was any marks on him. There was not one single mark on him, not one bruise that would indicate that someone was fighting him off.
The elites wanted it to happen in a nice neighborhood so that the world would see that and think, we are not safe anywhere. They want us to live our life in fear and it is working.

I don't think OJ was acting at the preliminary hearing. Remember, this hearing took place just a few weeks after the murders. The reality of the situation is setting in. OJ is a mess. You think this was bad..ever heard of the judge that killed his wife in front of his kids? Saw 2 videos, the first 1 was where his wife took him to court for beating on her and threw her out the moving car on the freeway. The 911 call along with the kids in the car along with the witnesses who picked her up after seeing her get thrown out and the pictures...the judge was his friend. Ignored the obvious evidence of how dangerous this man really is. The lady’s face was swollen..and that 911 call... pretty much gave him the minimum for what he did and when he got out he waited for her and killed her in front of the kids. No one, Nicole wasn't dead is the implication, she was dying but not dead, Bettina explains she was still moving, but she then looked away, Nicole tried to get back into the house to call 9/11 but she died before she did. This is why her face moved, her body moved and she was further away from the gate than first observed.

Remember it’s in California, people are known for their fitness health. And sometimes depending on the area you’re more likely to find more people willing to walk their dog at night if they don’t live in an area where they have to worry about crack heads trying to rob you. Other people are night owls or work graveyard shifts so their whole schedule is automatically different than someone who works in the morning-mid day.

That’s typical dog owner life - most ppl let their dogs out one last time before going to bed. I’ve walked my dogs as late as 2am or so…just so I don’t have surprises in the morning. But also if I can’t hold off going to the bathroom every other hour, I wouldn’t expect them to hold it for 6+ hours. I’ve also lived in fairly “safe” neighborhoods, which I checked out before I moved. I quoted safe because nowhere is really safe if a predator is roaming free.

A person would have to be extremely slow to believe that or be the type of person that believes the election was stolen in that even in the face of clear and irrefutable evidence you would rather believe otherwise. @@michaelflores8369 first of all I lived this trial I don't need to go watch it . 2nd This was a PRELIMINARY HEARING. this was just to show there was enough evidence to try Simpson.. this was literally less than a month after the murders. They thought they still had a "ski mask " for God sake. They testified in greater detail in the trial What Bettina saw was horrific she also said she only saw her for a second and turned her head, she did not want to look at her. How could she see Nicole was alive ? They were standing on the side walk there was hardly any light ( Bettina herself said it was very dark) Every photo you see of Nicole laying there was taken by a crime scene photographer who arrived not long after the first detectives arrived . The camera illuminated everything .
Nicole wasn't quiet dead yet, the implication here is she was close to death, dying but not dead, she was still moving, and it severely undermines the 10:15 murder timeline b/c no one would live for more than a few minutes with that kind of throat wound.
