According to John Bosco's book A Problem of Evidence on page 177 that Tracie Savage slept with a police officer in order to obtain this information. Supposedly the police officer who leaked her the information about the socks went to Joseph Bosco and P.I. Pat McKenna and begged them not to reveal him as the source because he was a married man.
That's Joseph Bosco while he may work for penthouse he also worked for many other prestigious publications. He broke his neck diving into a pool. He was one of the few people that was an outlet that Cops and Prosecutors could speak to regarding the constant corruption during the OJ Simpson trial - both Judge Ito and Shapiro admired him alot. Moreover at 13:06 you can see others comfort him, it's because he was also very well loved by his fellow journalists. Also he was the one who made it known, that right after the Fuhrman tapes were played in court for the public to hear. Marcia Clark turned around and motioned to Fred Goldman and Fred got up and made a bee-line to the reporters and talk about how Jonny Cockran was the racist. The defense repeatedly said the prosecutors and family's were making orchestrated attacks in the press, this was a clear example of it.
Ridiculous that the reporter is allowed to testify without revealing sources. Who knows how credible the information is? Could all be made up. Everyone was trying to get famous from this case.
When Traci Savage took that stand it felt like a damn Jason movie. You don't have to guess what OJ was thinking here. Wonderful example of life imitating art.
@@hus390 in case you didn't know Traci Savage started out as a Jason victim in a Friday the 13th sequel. Since OJ is capable of committing murder its not hard to guess what he was thinking here. Life imitates art doesn't it?

Johnny is one hell of a lawyer and demands from the judge that if he doesn't get involved in the recovery process of those tapes he's going over his head to the supreme court.
I got dress leather gloves, they have not become worn as the one in evidence. I have had them 3 to 4 years years and NO shrinkage. I have a second pair of gloves non-leather I use for winter everyday use, show removal with a shovel, ect, 8 or 9 years old, they show no wear, as the one in evidence not leather. I just pulled them out and tried them on, they feel the same size as I purchased them new. Before storage for non-winter months, I wash them in a washer and dry them in a high heat dryer (gas) Marcia must have magical gloves.
geno007able then you have the ONLY leather gloves that don’t act like leather. ALL soft leather shrinks somewhat. Also, the killer gloves were frozen a number of times. I don’t know anyone who puts soft leather gloves in a washer and dryer and they don’t shrink.
@@pommiebears Pommie the gloves where not soaking in a bucket of blood or something. There was less than 3ccs of blood on the gloves. Anyone up North can tell you that gloves are made to NOT shrink. While it is true that freezing the gloves could cause the leather to contract slightly, your looking at 2% max but they would form right back at room temp. In order to REALLY shrink the gloves an intense heat would be needed after soaking/drying multiple times as well as adding chemicals to soften the leather. The gloves clearly where too small.

Even when I make a valid point with you, you ignore it. Fine...they shrunk two percent. With his awful flare up of arthritis that made his hands swell as sworn in testimony by the doctor.....it would only have gotten worse and this much time passing, and silicone gloves underneath.....you think they fit? Of course not.
@@pommiebears lol. I enjoy debating the case when I have free time, but I dont really expect to change your mind. With regard to his arthritis I assume your referring to him stopping his meds. The anti-inflammatory effects of stopping RU meds takes weeks/months and would be minimal at best. Darden started that myth. It was latex not silicone and would not impede him putting them on. Sorry Pommie, the gloves just did not fit his large hands. However, they did have him try on a brand new pair same size and they DID fit, but, they where not the murder gloves.
@@Jim.Jim.32 - OJ has arthritis. For a time before he tried on the gloves, he was advised to stop taking his arthritis medication, which in turn, would make his hands swell. If you get a chance, watch the Ezra Edelman documentary, "OJ-Made in America."
I remember her on Little House. She would have made a great ‘Laura’. She played a schoolmate/friend of Laura’s in the first year but did try out for the part of Laura.

That doctor said ‘obviously’ Seems like he's never testified before. They have to ask you stupid questions in order to build up legal foundation.. He would have known that if he's testified several times.

How an expert with 40y experience in blood pattern analysis can't say whether or not the blood on the socks should've been wet or dry. As much as I like Mr. Neufeld his questions are not "artfully phrased" and often run foul with the court.
