Don’t you just love how Marcia And Darden get sooo hostile with witnesses when they have nothing, absolutely nothing, too jam up a witness? You can’t twist things just to make you sound a bit intelligent! She just needs too admit defeat and set down!!! SMH
The things they are doing here are EXACTLY the same as what the defence was doing during the Prosecution's case. Of course both sides don't want testimony that hurts their case. Are you stupid?
Sorry, she did an outstanding job and held her own against the slimy ‘Dream Team’. And they were slimes albeit Cochran was brilliant. Each member of the ‘Dream Team’ knew OJ did it.
@@brookehanley3659i agree how many layers oj have about 6 didn't he hell they Boyd to come up with a better scene this trail to the defense wasn't the fact OJ was guilty or not just them winning at any cost well congratlaitons you helped a killer go free and don't come at me saying he was innocent BS everything pointed toward OJ
@brookehanley3659 the prosecution had more than 2 attorneys smh They are also a dream team to 99.9% of the population. If you didn't have OJs money( almost went broke) you have no chance against corrupt police/state employees, money/fame hungry prosecutors and bought scientist. It's ignorant to be on the side of the prosecutor.
Lmmfao; I can't believe how far out of her league this science is. So so sad that she has to twist and contort language to try to trick him into saying or agreeing with her.
If I were a juror listening to her I could only come to the conclusion that the socks were played with (planted blood) and she's grasping to find any excuse to explain a way it could have happened during the commission of the murders and only changed by the manipulation of the socks. Makes no sense because the staining exists no mater what manipulation was made after the fact.
Regardless of whether or not the socks were tampered with, there is still an overwhelming amount of evidence that pointed to OJ. There is no way the LAPD would have interferred with that amount evidence, it would have been way too risky on their part, of getting caught. He did it, everyone knows he did it and anyone who says otherwise is grasping at straws.
Same her blood was transferred to the socks after the murders socks was sprinkle OJ bloods he knows blood was put on socks Marcia trying trick him up smart man
I can NOT believe these people are standing here arguing over a small spot of blood on a SOCK when TWO people were butchered up. Nicole was damn near decapitated. So Sad.
It doesn’t matter if two people were butchered. This is how trials work. If 4 people looked at the sock and determined there was no blood on the sock, two from the defense and two from prosecution. Then out of the blue Tracie Savage tells the world on tv that Nicole’s blood was found on the sock…. And even Marcia admits the socks hadn’t been tested yet…. So how do 4 experts look at a sock and see nothing…. But an unknown source tells Savage, not only is there blood, it’s Nicole’s. Low and behold everyone looks again and tests ARE NOW RAN - and it’s hers. So this unknown source either put it there or made one of the greatest guesses in the history of the world.
was all this for dramatic effect b/c it was televised, or do lawyers usually bark like that at each other and the witnesses? are there different rules for communicating in the courtroom? as in one needs to be an a hole? it's childish and it makes emotions run the trial instead of common sense...
Marcia tried to eliminate his testimony altogether earlier by claiming they where all busy with other witnesses. When judge Ito ruled she had already painted herself into a corner and was forced to do the questioning herself. Just another major blunder by Marcia Clark.
This was the problem Ms Clark is trying to take over every aspect of the cross examination for the state she's not an expert on blood splatter instead of having one of the blood experts do the questioning she way out of her expertise. This expert is way to smart for Ms Yorkie Clark. Now she's arguing with the witness, what happened to Mr kellburge this is a disaster for the state letting Ms Clark cross examine a expert.
Marcia trying fix it her way witness is honest she trying to trick is responses. He did not take the 📷 he said Dr Lee did and he stuck to it Marcia tried to get witness at all angles
If Marcia was so worried that freezing/unfreezing caused a certain thing, “little balls” too appear then maybe she needs too be questioning the evidence process and handling and NOT Professor Mc Donnell!! Geeze!!
You know how the same people that were experts on election integrity, immediately switched to being experts on the Corona, then switched to being experts on Ukraine? Marcia was the first person like that.
By asking the same minor question over and over and over again, she not only makes herself look ignorant, but she insults the jury by wasting their time, and assuming they need crayons and construction paper to understand something that is simple logic. This creates more of a scenario where the jury sees her as the big bad gubment and OJ as being picked on by these people.
HM's observations were done on April 2, 1995, which included the appearance of little balls of dried blood on side three of the sock, which was documented by photography on that day by Henry Lee. The report prepared by HM was dated July 11, 1995. Unless Matheson knew of this discovery on April 2, 1995, the prosecution had a short window of time to prepare a "prosecution friendly" explanation for the findings in the report. Herbert MacDonell is a great witness. He gave scientific results based on his extensive experience. One thing he made clear and should be remembered is the amount of wet transferred blood to side three of the sock is microscopic. The transferred blood could not be seen with the naked eye. Alan Dershowitz should have reviewed this testimony before he did his demonstration for OJ25. Clark heavily attacked MacDonell is her cross, but what he observed and what he testified to holds up. The stain on the ankle of the sock was made by compression/swiping, not spatter, and microscopic amounts of blood were found on side three of the sock. The prosecution did insufficient examination and testing of the socks. It hurt them.
That's so sad when all she can do is try to misinterpret his literature. Clark, let it go you sound angry over the fact that it was discovered the stains were put on the socks after the fact.
Agree Daniel Vasquez trying disgrace the facts that blood was transfer to socks by procuteors Marcia knows that trying wiggle out of sloppy job they done socks inside out outside in up and down through middle all ends they got socks bc earlier socks did not appear photo all of sudden another photo show blood on the floor a murder would gave taken the socks with other bloody socks
Really? How so? She is a good attorney who did more than hold her own during this charade of a trial. Not to mention being treated differently by the court and the press based on the fact that she is a woman. She's shrewd and very smart.
It's speculation. If the socks had been stepped on after removal the blood would transfer. All u can say is the drop was on the sock and it was here and here. That's all
wow i never knew how dumb marci clark was until mr Herbert slammed her good!!! he is so educated i love how he told her the truth and he was not letting her change his mind. if i were her i would have sat down!! good job Herbert Macdonell props us to you!!
OJ knew the blood was planted on the socks because the socks in his room were the socks OJ meant to put on his feet for the flight to Chicago. OJ forgot to put socks on before he left in the limo. While in the limo, OJ told Park it doesn't pay to get dressed in a hurry. And what OJ was referring to was that he forgot to put on the socks. On the flight to Chicago, Stephen Valerie testified that OJ was not wearing socks. The socks in OJ's bedroom were not worn when OJ killed Ron and Nicole so no blood should've been found on them, and since there was blood on them, OJ knew the blood on the socks was planted.
I think he forgot to put the socks on correct but that was only because he was gonna get rid of them in Chicago but he was in such a hurry he forgot them what I think
Ms Clark is now an expert on blood spatter what happened to the experts in the prosecution's team who where qualified to cross examine the witness on his expert opinions. Ms Clark is doing a terrible job with the witness and she's becoming frustrated by not being able to properly question the witness. Those socks are key to the prosecution's case because of EDT found on those socks. Another failure by the prosecution to have the proper people questioning professional like this scientists . Trying to explain how a blood stain got on a sock is a very weak case to argue by the prosecution. What happened to Mr Goldberg there science expert to do the questioning of this witness.
i agree, i think it was supposed to be some sort of overall tactical thing or something, dunno why else anyone would want her to do this examination. i gotta say though, it amazes me how unprepared the supposed dream team was.
Earlier in the trial she tried getting his testimony thrown out saying she didn't have enough time to prepare. She told judge Ito she was the only one available and thus painted herself into a corner. The prosecution team literally had dozens of people working on the case so just another lie from coughing Marcia.
Although I agree this guy is smart very smart but cunning and a liar paid by defense. Also you guys are to hard on Marcia and Darden yes they lost the case but they knew when witnesses were lieing to them and the judge also knew but put them on the stand anyway and blocked certain lines of questioning
