It's Christmas Day, 2019 almost midnight and I'm up watching this and eating popcorn on the edge of my seat as if it's the first time I've ever seen it....Bailey is soooooo good at questioning Fuhrman.
Almost an eerie coincidence, it's christmas day 2020, closing in on midnight central european time, i'm up watching this.. i had some cheeze crunchers a little while ago lol ... It IS the 1st time i see this.. as for the sentiment that's...... where i differ greatly. I'm disgusted by what i'm seeing.. and learning about some of the practices.. If by "soooo good" or any other description people give about especially these defense lawyers ; you mean being completely immoral, throwing anything they can at the wall hoping something sticks using any and all dirty tricks they can think of in order to win etc etc, like a bully, or a child managing to convince the nanny that the other kid did it, praying on weaknesses in the others character to create an unfair impression etc etc.. and the only way this completely juvenile and very obvious ugly behavior can work, is by manipulating the ignorance, passions/ subjectivity etc in their audience................. then yes, i guess that's "so good" I am learning things during this that.. i even believe to be the SOURCE of some of the problems in society..
@@theroy7757 your aware Furman committed Perjury right?? That is a crime here that he got sentenced to probation for it.....is that what your referring to is immoral?? I hope so cause it sounds like you are saying someone else is immoral in this situation
Bailey lost his license to practice law....he is basically a drunk without a license...quite a fall from grace. Maybe this trial was the beginning of the end for him.
I never realized Fuhrman lied about knowing the woman from like the get go, I always thought the lie was the racial slur. Im watching all this trial cause Im wanting to see whos fault it is OJ got off, jury, judge, or prosecution. Its so even up to this point but deciding to put Fuhrman on the stand increases the argument for blaming them.
F Lee Bailey and Johnnie Cochran were the best of the best. As the old saying goes "They don't make them like this anymore." Dean Uelmen Carl Douglas and Robert Shapiro weren't too shabby either.
@@brianbelton3605kardashian didn’t do shit in this case. Bailey for cross on witness and Scheck and Nuffield on dna and Cochran being the mouthpiece was all he needed. Marcia and Darden had no chance.
Furman never thought that any Lawyer was ever going to expose him like this. As a matter of fact he literally got crushed. My question is if they ever looked into all the other cases he was involved in during his corrupt career.
Yes. They have been looked into. Hundreds of Thousands Dollars were paid to victims of the LAPD' s " misbehavior", ie. Police Brutality, Planting of evidence, False arrests, etc...
I agree singer how many serving time in jail due his corrupt investigation something think about. H o w many o th e rd he fabricate evidences on or planted d uric,g his prior yrs with the police in LA I WONDER HOW MANY OTHERS I WONDER
No matter the evidence, no matter guilt of innocence, once Furham perjured himself, there's no the reasonable doubt right there. By law, it has to be beyond a reasonable doubt but with him being the one who found the glove and the glove demonstration, bam
Rainey J; glove and firman aside, they played with evidence. I.e. Missing blood from the sample OJ gave, EDTA a preservative found only in vials was found in DNA testing of socks, back gate and in bronco. The blood stain on back gate found several weeks after; a pic taken the day of murders shows no blood stain on back gate. Cast off blood stain on inside of socks. I could write two pages of where detectives manipulated evidence. None of it matters. As I started with, he did it. If they just were honest and didn't try to bolster their case against him he would have been convicted. I think because it was going to be such a high profile case where the accused was rich, they tried to make it an air tight case. The only problem with that is "there's no such thing as the perfect crime".
Your wrong.its a mistrial.a mistrail.the judge wanted to get famous.so did marcia.they should have started over from the beginning.but no.we have put so much time in and so much tv coverage we will just keep going forward.and we are certain 9 1/2 black jurors will convict a black hero.and totally forget about a pathetic racist fool detective that has said the n word 500 times on a recorder
Oh it was definitely established more than once before Fuhrman took the stand. No one, from the first officers on scene to Lange and Vannatter ever saw more than one glove. Despite his past comments, Fuhrman was actually a very good detective, but the Defence used his past history to accuse him of planting the glove. Which was a total lie, but that’s what Simpson’s lawyers were being paid for-to get him off at all costs no matter who got used and/or hurt in the process.
And where did he have it in his shoe lol? Didn’t have a bag or a coat. I also love how nobody talks about Kato hearing that thud almost knocked the picture off the wall. He also knew how to navigate through his yard and his neighbors at night. He did that when he beat the shit out of Nicole like 5 years prior and the cops were going to arrest him and he took off. Used a friend’s car to go back to his house parked it down the street and went through the back haha. All in the Civil trial transcripts.
Wouldn’t have mattered, all the conspiracy theorists just say he was in on it. It never stops, everybody is in on it. Never any actual evidence just smoke and mirrors, well they could’ve. Amazing the real killer has never been caught. Should’ve been really easy since the killer was bleeding from his left side, and bleed at the scene and he had size 12 feet, had really expensive shoes. I swear there was a famous football player photographed wearing those exact same shoes like 30 times and even had the same exact shoe size 😂😂😂😂😂
The glove didn't even matter much. All the other hundreds of evidence points to OJ. I think the jury still would have found him innocent though. Rodney King saved OJ from jail this time
so mark furhman knew nicole from 1985 and claims not to know who she is the day of the murder at the crime scene. they were keeping in touch from 85 until 94.. wow such a liar. unless he was involved?
For Bailey to approach the clerk without permission, it's improper courtroom etiquette. Ito was asking if it was custom in Florida, where Bailey practices, for home to do this.
See the issue im having is the way Nichole and gildman was killed i know this may upset people but black people don't normally off people like that . That seem lije a white boy type of thing . Maybe 🤔 him and David may know a little more about this but this just me being fishy
Yeah real good job....good that he beat people up with regularity, planted evidence and arrested people without provocation. This comment (on your behalf) tells us alot about your poor character.
I believe that OJ is guilty and don't believe that Fuhrman planted evidence, but F Lee Bailey is the only attorney at this trial who exhibited a genuine talent for cross examination. He has a plan in mind but listens to the witness. He takes his time, but examination has a good flow.
@@robskeys88 lol, just amazes me. Was he carrying the glove in his shoe? Wasn’t even the first cop there, no cop seen a 2nd glove at Bundy. None, how would he know OJ Alibi and time of death when they went to Rockingham genius? Not CSI 😂. If he was so innocent why not take the stand? Had to in the Civil Trial and got destroyed, lie after lie after lie.
What if the time of death came back 11:30? Lol, use some common sense. Didn’t even talk to OJ yet? How the hell would they have known he was in Chicago and exactly what time he left, prior to going his house at 5:00 in the morning lol. Who’d they talk with?
Oh and the Limo driver not seeing the Bronco when he arrived? Was he in on it also? Kate too, since he just heard a random thud almost knocked a picture off the wall? Pretty random lol
yersopunk; For the record I too think he did it. However, one also knows they played with evidence. I.e. Missing blood from the sample OJ gave, EDTA a preservative found only in vials was found in DNA testing of socks, back gate and in bronco. The blood stain on back gate found several weeks after; a pic taken the day of murders which shows no blood stain on back gate. Cast off blood stain on inside of socks. Daniel Vazquez - if you believe all of the evidence against O.J. Simpson was manufactured by the police ¿How do you believe Simpson did it? ¿Did you see O.J. Simpson or know someone who saw him do it?
Freedom for an accused double murderer case, especially with the accused's blood being at the Bundy crime scene, is an expensive situation to get out of
I don't care what anyone says. OJ beat the hell out of Nicole less than a year after he met her. When he murdered her, she'd known him for 18 years. Many beatings. May he rot in hell.
You don't know if he did kill her...hope you never come up on charges and have 12 people assume you are guilty without hearing the evidence or your side of the story.
Stimmt, aber ihm darf es nur um seinen Mandanten gehen, es ist sein Beruf ihn frei zu bekommen, und diese Befragung war ein Teil der gesamten Strategie.
Michelle Baker .. It’s called skill Michelle. - Furman was not accused of being the killer. However, he lied and implanted himself to be the key witness and Bailey exposed him.
Wht do you think of Furmans tone when he was lying under oath, using racial slurs and pleading tht fifth when asked if he planted evidence? I wait..........
I agree so much , he was treated more like the killer then O.J. ever was.. and guess what O.J. wrote a book and admitted to the killings and leaving his glove there not planted not framed O.J. said he left his glove there
