A simply beautiful reaction, daughter. I remember so well the reaction you gave on the Simon and Garfunkel version of this and how delighted I was to try to encourage you in your deep emotional reaction because of your friend who had passed on. You know you are special to me. I pray that one day perhaps I can be some semblance of what this song is about in your life. My wife too. I'm glad to know you. Here's to your next reaction! 🙏🙂♥️
Awww dad what more can I say🥺...thank you so much for all you do and and for being an amazing father to me, I truly appreciate you and mum, and am glad to have met you. Love you both so much🥰🥰🥰
Elvis was an angel brought down from heaven from God he is so freakishly talented he has so much soul every time he sings I feel like I’m in church needs truly amazing the best of the best ever he’s my idol
I never heard Elvis preform I was young when he passed but now after I saw the movie I've found respect for him I didn't know he was this good of a singer and a very great guy he had a big heart and for the record he didn't hate black people I've heard that lie over and over again rest in peace King
Yes. His soul depth and diversity remain unmatched. His voice was always changing. His critically acclaimed recordings are in multiple genres of music.
I feel not only was Elvis voce fantastic but his years of singing gospel seemed to translate in to many of his other songs giving them a feel and emotion that just cant be matched, im a 63 year old mans man but this Elvis performance of this song makes me tear up every time and to me it means hes touching your very soul. May God bless you Elvis, you will NEVER be forgotten, RIP ELVIS.
He is just so impressive all the way out. Those early sections, it's just so smooth like butter and I love how he adds the little yeah at the end of one of the phrase and kind of just caresses it. And then later he puts his pipes on display but man that's a good one for sure.
It comes from deep inside. From the heart. He had the voice for it too,, ,, Simon. said how can you compete with Ellvis you caint. He does it better than I ever could,,,
My favorite song of all time.. My favorite performer and artist of all time. The two combined makes me extremely emotional to say the least. I can not wait until the movie debuts!!!!! 🎶🎤🙏🏻💔
Elvis à détrôner tous soit acteur ou chanteur le plus photographie au mondeet Hollywood Amérique c est Elvis tous les les télé du monde était fasciner par sa beauté et sa classe
“When I first heard Elvis perform ‘Bridge Over Troubled Water’ it was unbelievable. I thought to myself, ‘How the hell can I compete with that?'” Paul Simon of Simon and Garfunkel.
I've been a fan since I was 4 years old. I'm 35 now but I just love this man's genius voice. When he sings, it's like his telling you the story to the song. Very rare talent! Never be another
I have loved Elvis since a very young age. I’m 61 years young and I remember the day it was announced that he had died..... I cried the entire way home from school.. I thank my Mama for introducing him to me when I was so young. She passed away when I was 14 and left me with so many great artist of the day!!!!!!!
Beautiful, pure reaction! Whenever things get built up in me, and I know I just need a good cry, I play this song. Works every time. I grew up listening to him. His death was one of those “you’ll never forget where you were when you heard Elvis died” Such a massive loss to the world. I miss him 😢
I can’t get through this song when Elvis sings it without crying. Just can’t! He’s such a passionate singer that he reaches your soul and just makes you feel what he’s feeling.
Until I first heard this version years ago I never thought anyone would top Simon and Garfunkels version, but anything Elvis covered he always made his own it seemed.
Niceee choice!!! Love this classic song from this artist but I loooove even more ur lovely reeaction ur smile shines it is worth watching GOOD JOB!!!Alberto apreciates ur channel & MEXCIO enjoys U!!
I think no I know this is the best version of this song ever he put everything into this song even Paul Simon said how the hell am I supposed to beet that he loved Elvis’s version of his song Love from Denise in Yorkshire England 🏴💖👑👑👑👑🤴🤴🤴👏👏🕺🏻🕺🏻🥰🌹💔
Beautiful, fabulous reaction, he was the best and he will ALWAYS be the best! An absolutel natural! Please, THANK YOU for your tears; his voice is HEAVEN, his vibrato lingers and fills the room.
Elvis absolutely owns this song! I love Garfunkel’s angelic-like vocal quality on the original version, but Elvis’ soulful baritone vocals are on an entirely different level, especially from when he starts singing “Sail on silver girl” until the end. That part gets me emotional, both from the soulful vocals and that it reminds me a lot of my late father, who had a similar soulful baritone voice and could sing gospel songs just like Elvis did.
If you thought that was good...watch the version from "Elvis on Tour"...you will get to hear the POWER of his voice....he took a much more powerful approach!!!
