@@js2003 That depends on how many Super 17s you're running. If you run both the Zenkai GRN S17 and EX PUR S17, it increases the likelyhood of the instant-win. Then arts boost gets factored in. If it's still tied, then it deletes the game, forcibly updating your phone, Android or not, to Android 17.
for zenkai ultra omega shenron, he uses up the balls in the chest and when he recovers them from attacks you can see his chest gaining the dragon balls
The fact that you can just throw an ultimate at someone after successfully cover changing is funny as hell. They basically made the GT team the Gojo quote “Nah I’d win”😂😂
@@ebolancer8574probably be better off just running pikon for greens for 17 and and rush safety tbh and uui and 17 are blast based so it would flow better and pikon can be built blast better then janemba

@@Emibullathis is the same thing people said about that blue nameku to UVB, I doubt he'll kick Him out of the meta, maybe drop his usage a bit but that's about it. I feel like we say "This unit be the next cooler!" Whenever a unit comes out is a counter color to a ultra unit
27:15 No. Where they messed up was units like lf rose and lf FP frieza who just always ignore endurance. Theres zero way to deal with it for an endurance unit. The GB and VB mechanics can be dealt with since they are cancelable. So its only natural that they would eventually give us ways to actually have endurance matter against them.
20:00 “Tap actions, like quick attacks, the enemy’s strike and special moves arts will be sealed for two timer counts” you just follow up with blasts after the quick attack and there is nothing they can do💀
This guy is built to suppress Uui in so many ways, first he has a red typing, then he reduces vanish and locks in, then he takes away card draw speed and heavily suppresses blast based characters with his green card and ultimate. On top of that he directly counters Uui’s reduce ultimate damage effect with his main ability. If that’s not crazy enough he can apply more damage to Uui with his -30 to -70 to enemies sustain damage cut effect.
I like this video and great explanation. One thing i do disagree on is the minus card draw across the board. The fact you can switch and just get rid of the affect added balance to it. But now that 17 has it i feel like its gonna be common that we see this.
Wow he is so powerful. But only thing I'm worried about is that he's gonna be countered by Blue LL GT Universal spirit bomb kid goku because this LL Super 17 is red element and he should have blast armor strike arts card. Btw his kit is not bad, another vanishing gauge deleting unit. Now if I pull this character I can beat any characters except for blue element characters.
To be fair, on the rare occasions they do buff gt, they buff it real good. The og ssj4s and baby was broken, tags 4s and hell fighter 17 was also extremely good, g4 and majuub was also broken and now this 17 is the most unholy thing I've seen in a while.
I actually think just by looking at this that he’s easily gonna be the uncontested number 1 character in the game. He had like literally everything that a good character has plus more. Like the Gohan/mvp 17 reduced damage at the end was so unnecessary he was already solidified top 10. I main droids and will summon but this dude is gonna be horrible for the game and how fun it is
@Goresh About the unique gauge charge rate. Yeah 400% amount will be 4x, but it's on top of the base amount making it 5x. If it's not, then lel. Plus the 50% extra unique gauge charge rate when doing quick attacks etc. And main 100% charge rate.
It definitely means 5x If his guage works like beast/usg then the guage takes 5 cards to fill Meaning 1x5 = he gets his full guage every first card he lands when he enters
Bulla might actually be a decent counter for 17 considering she could have one of those rock throwing attacks instead of a ki blast, meaning it wont count towards absorb and allow you to safety use blast cards
I really loves this guy, he gets alot from being offensive too instead of just getting benefit by being passive only like UI. He seems kind of my playstyle unit.. maybe he will replace my hit on uni rep team.

They quite literally don’t want you to play the game if you don’t have super 17 💀 Edit: I just realized that my ui goku now has to deal with super 17 and beast Gohan now 😭🙏
it's absurd how with every single release everyone doesn't conceive powecreep, just to start over with the next character. Do you wake up? Haven't you figured out yet that it's the mechanism to keep you tied to the game as much as possible? god, when I see these things, it's a good thing I left it a while ago, and I don't want to go back it's interesting to see videos, but this mechanism is so sick and crazy that I really can't even see it every time powercreep, every time the best character that makes those of just a few weeks before surpassed... what incredible rubbish people mustr very super smart if they don't realize this, and even spend money every time
As an Android main I can’t wait to run super 17 with mvp 17 & LF perfect cell 😮💨.. 2nd main would be REGEN/PO alongside ultra Janemba and LF perfect cell
One thing to note about card slot locking, I realized when fighting G&F that this kind of mechanic only locks 1 slot that is currently been locked, which means it will continue to lock that slot for another new 10 timer counts. So yes, it does lock 1 enemy card randomly, but it will only increase the number of timer of that slot when you use blast arts multiple time.
