If he hasn't already, I need a campaign for Bob to stream Espresso Tycoon. It is just stupidly in depth for how much effort you can put into your coffees, what beans, milk, syrups etc. Although why do I imagine Bob would not care about making the customers happy? 😂 You can put awful things in the coffees too...
thanks for the shoutout about the run button. i highly recommend playing AC Wild World on Delta. It can be played entirely touch screen OR buttons and even if you load a save state it will automatically snap to the current time. I'm glad I will never have to play a godforsaken mobile game again with paywalls and timeouts and ads. Delta is great for stealth-gaming in situations it would be rude to pull out a game boy. I would end with saying something insulting but youtube filters. but know I'm thinking it
Forest for the trees here, but record stores are definitely still a thing, I do live in a city so results may vary but there are 6 I personally go to and then some. Heck Targets vinyl section is growing if anything.

I got some great physical preorder bonuses in the UK when I bought Mario Wonder last year. It included a 3D diorama of one of the levels, only like thick card but pretty substantial. Some magnets, pins, as well as a really well-made figure of the talking flower. This was if you bought it through the Nintendo store online. It was pretty insane actually how much was there.
You guys don’t have record stores? I live on the east coast of Canada and we have like one actual big box record store in the mall then a great local chain.

Talking about this emulator situation, it reminds me of when I used to help with tech support at my high school. The PC teacher had no idea what she was doing, so I took charge. I installed NES and SNES emulators and ROMs. The kids were thrilled to be able to play Mario Bros 3. Unfortunately, I got removed from the position because the PCs were federally funded. I guess they shouldn't have trusted a 16-year-old with their tech support.

Anton Blast looks really cool artistically but the controls felt very wobbly. It might take some getting used to the animation. I think it might just feel clunky bc w the speed and momentum with the art style. Could get used to it but that demo was not a walk in the park.

47:13 not to make will feel old, but parents don’t really buy their kids games physical anymore. At least with all the parents and grand parents I work with; they just buy their kid a PS Plus premium thing for 3 or 6 months and do that. Or if the kid has an xbox some game pass. Now small market where I live so not saying all do that, but wouldn’t surprise me with how gift cards are on top of the Christmas wish lists now for gaming
Is the premise for the final fantasy 7 remake trilogy a little confusing since it isn’t a remake remake? Yeah. Does the naming (remake and rebirth) confuse newcomers? Yeah, Probably Would you enjoy it without playing the original? Yeah I know a lot of people dive deep into the changes but it really is just fleshing out the original ps1 game and follows the main story about 90% and has 10% of real changes. As a fan of the original, I have loved playing through rebirth and think it may be in my top 10 games.
Yeah i got burned on FF7Remake not actually being a remake, but a meta narrative pseudo sequel to the original ps1 title. I have ZERO interest in that direction. So no plans to get Rebirth, coming from me, a pretty big fan of the original (ps1) game.
