Curious you go Trubeskoy and not Gurin/Splendento. I had thought that perhaps you were moving to the dispersion builds (Vian, Burke, Spendento, Violette, etc.) with Sidestep and Vian as an inspiration. Hilarious up front on your research team. Very funny. Bravo. Finally, love your point on the destroyer salvos on a BB. Presuming 300 damage every 8 seconds, and you don't die, it takes 22 minutes (167 salvoes) to take down a 50k BB. It's nuts, unless you are simply trying to start a fire after/before you know they have used their DC.

even though the gun traverse is slow they turn 360° like british. the low freeboard of this dd is excellent

Good video. Okhotnik's a difficult ship to play well, but worth it. The other thing being that I like weird Premium's - ones that are not just retreads of other ships. The Okhotnik certainly qualifies as that.

A kirov sailed broadside on to my okhotnik I lost about 4k health he lost all of it and I got around 10 citidel hits

I was the AZ on your team. If you look at 2:54 the only support I had on that side was a cruiser that got killed, so 'backlining' it and kiting away from both the Cali and Iron Duke and making them trail was the only way I'd survive so it seemed the prudent strategy, not a 'maybe just learning the game' play.

Soviet war canoe is good fun. I took mine ( won in a crate) out today. I did terrible things to a broadside Emerald. 7 citadels in two salvo.

Tbull the Okhotnik vs cruisers is very much usable, it took me 3-4 salvos to kill an Omaha and a Kuma a tier lower, and it was a blast and a very good anti DD hunter.

IMO American BB AP is better than HE at smacking DD. At least at Tier 5
