New spot up north. A mix bag of shallow reefs, sharp cuts, and deep drops. Spent two days up here scouting the area and fishing, definitely a place I would like to go back to!
Nice. I keep a Hobie 16 catamaran on a beach just along that stretch of coast. Watching your vids has inspired me to get my old sit on top out to the reef a bit more. Also have a Hobie 14 in Nago Bay, Had a few Big eye Tuna trolling biggish 6" skirted lures from the 14 in Nago Bay this past autumn. All gone quiet on that front recently but good to know you hooked a tuna there in August.
@@OkiGulz sure. I'm just learning the ropes a bit with the techniques/lures for kayak fishing. It's good to know what is working for you. Enjoyed your set up video too. If you get a chance how about a run through of the main types of lures you find success with and techniques/places you'd use them. Thanks for sharing the knowledge! edit: Just found your insider tips video which pretty much tells me what I wanted to know, awesome video and channel. Cheers!
Tons of places to launch, just need to be respectful of locals. Many beach fronts are someone's back yard. I'm still here for another month, then I need to get off island for a bit. Next videos will be in the Virginia bays!
