The OKI Pro 8432WT White Toner Printer produces full-color, vibrant transfers to make custom t-shirts.
In this video Hannah from ColDesi is going to walk you through making a custom t-shirt with the DigitalHeat FX System.
ColDesi’s DigitalHeat FX System consists of the Crio 8432WDT, the Hotronix Heat Press, EZ Peel Paper and Print Optimizer Software.
The Pro8432WT is a CYM+W transfer printer. This means it can print a solid white underbase allowing you to customize black and other dark color garments.
The Crio 8432WDT is ideal for custom designed t-shirts as well as printing transfers for coasters, wood, mug, tile and other hard surfaces.
Step One: Use the Print Optimizer Software to send your design to the OKI pro8432 for printing.
Step Two: Perform the “marrying” step with the A and B sheets of the EZ Peel Paper.
Step Three: With the Hotronix Fusion, Heat Press your transfer onto your garment
Step Four: Let the shirt cool completely. Then, remove the A sheet and your design is now on your shirt!
Step Five: Lay your shirt on the heat press for a finishing press. This will turn the glossiness of the design to matte. It will also assist in the longevity of the design.

Can you replace the black ink cartridge for a white ink cartridge so you can make use of all CMYKW colours and print on light and dark clothing? Like the HP Ghost white toner printer does?

The ability to make transfers that you can apply to light and dark clothing as well as hard goods of different types is a native part of this purpose-built printer. You might consider the 9541 version if you want something that uses both black AND white toner at the same time

Hey Pro - the only think you can do in the hundreds is get an entry level sublimation printer - guy you'll be restricted to printing on light garments of 100% polyester. Have you thought about financing? There's a good article here on that: digitalheatfx.com/financing/

Is there any sort of glossy look to the designs once they are printed on? I don’t like when there’s gloss I prefer when the design looks more like it’s just part of the actual fabric you know? matte I guess?

The designs aren't glossy - just intense - You get to choose the intensity of the color when you create the graphic Jessica.

I have a oki 831 ts which does not have a white toner. Does that mean I cannot print white? I’ve tried on laser dark and it doesn’t work. Nevertheless, it works on laser lite

That's what it means Dallas. The 8432WT and pro9541 printers we offer through the DigitalHeat FX brand have been specially configured with white toner. It's definitely different

The only thing that stops me from getting this printer is the software....it doesnt look friendly I have sawgrass...I use silhouette software.

There's definitely a difference when you graduate to a full color system - and to a more professional one. The more options you have, the more complex it is. I can tell you that we have GREAT training! And, you can always hire out some of the design process to coldesi-graphics.com to get started.

Michael, the product works just ad advertised - we're the largest seller in the world and have more experience than any other. The key to success with it is understanding how it works, it's pluses and minuses in advance of your purchase and then getting training and support from a company with a clue. In order to be successful selling something like this on amazon you're unlikely to be able to provide those important things. Hey Peter! Me and my family are extremely interested in buying this machine but would like to know from an unbiased person the pros and cons and iil list some things I plan on doing with this machine. 1. I own my own clothing line and would like to do big sized colorful prints for my customers (I’m into vintage tee shirts, horror movie t-shirts and other cool things like that) 2. I’d like to have this running for a long time with no mistakes so that down the line I can do other business then just my clothing line with this machine like printing up shirts for other clothing brands. 3. COST! This is a very big thing me and my dad are worried about and don’t want any tint to be too costly but we’re willing to pay the price! 4. WASHING! How do these transfers wash? I’d love for my customers to have a vibrant print for a good amount of time! If you can answer these sir you would be heaven sent! Thank you my brand is shopmsud.com

Why it leaves an ugly square mark on the shirt???

You mean the box around the outside? That's because you're heat PRESSING the garment. It's like if you put a heavy wait on any material. Leave a mark for a bit, but the shirt will return to normal. On some synthetics though, when you heat them up the color changes.

White toner printers like DigitalHeat FX don't care what color the material you apply it to is! Any color shirt will do.

@@donnagarcia4403 Sure Donna - first - a white toner printer is more expensive - no way around it. But in exchange for that you can apply the transfers to cottons OR polys, light garments OR darks . With sublimation you can only apply to clothing that's synthetic, like poly, and ONLY light colors. So - you're in the custom white poly tshirt business with sublimation. Also, you can apply our transfers to a much wider gamut of promo products. For example, you can only apply sublimation transfers to special coffee mugs, special tiles, etc. And they once again must be white or light colors. Not so with ours!

It SHOULD Jessica - but heat pressing leather can be pretty tricky. Before you do anything I would heat press the leather you have in mind and see what impact that has on the material.

Because I want my graphic to be breathable on t shirt .not sticky and hard on a t-shirt..can u please tell me whether to use polymer. ?

@@prakashguru8872 Hi Prakash! With White Toner Printing a transfer paper with polymer is necessary to allow the toner to bind to the garment. We pair our DigitalHeat FX System with our EZ Peel Paper.

I want to return my printer, but they don’t tell you there are no refunds or that you have to buy the 2,500 hotronix heatpress for it to transfer correctly, nor do they tell you some printers don’t print the way the base model does but that it prints too small. And when i contacted them for support because my printer isn’t working properly after spending 10k cash! They said they’re too busy at the moment to assist me. So I’m 10k in the hole with a printer that doesn’t do what it says it does, I’m thinking of spending some extra thousands to get my attorney involved since the product doesn’t do what i was promised it would do and i have to pay an extra 2,500 for their heat press, and denied customer support in my emails. Don’t waste your time.

Hi Mace, we DO recommend a specific heat press for best results and communicate that on our websites and videos. All heat presses do not perform the same - there is a difference based on style - clamshell vs swing away - and on quality. Please keep working with us towards a solution!
