Its tough during PCS season, when we got here it was end of July(many moons ago..lol) and off base housing was tough to find. My suggestion is look on bookoo okinawa, and call Yumi at Joy Housing or someone at Sun housing. mention me and my videos! They'll treat you like gold, or copper...but definitely well.
Can you do more houses that are lower in rent like around 230000 to 250000 yen we will be moving there next year and this will be our budget. Want to see what we can get if they let us live off base

Hi, I think it's great that you do these tours and they are by far better then anything I've seen thus far. With that said, the price range for this house is miles outside LQA for all but perhaps a few. Moreover, what do you get for your money? I'm in Korea right now and our LQA is rent and utilities with high speed internet and for the most part No Deposit. So, for your site to work for these of us that it appears to be intended for, more information about what Military Bases (appox distance) the houses are close too. Houses that are clearly within our LQA range and what are we really getting for the money spend. You do this then I would say you hit the nail on the head. Thanks

What is the best place to live in. Im looking at houses in Uzuma with nice views. And most houses in yomitan has no yards . Etc. Which city is best for beach? Thr east or west side ? . Work at kadena . Thank you
Both sides have good beaches. If you’re working on Kadena that’s good 👍🏼 because it’s centrally located. Uruma side you’ll find cheaper homes but just as beautiful views as Yomitan. I prefer Yomitan but you’re right you’ll get a better yard on the other side. Thanks for watching.
greg h You know I’m not sure. Maybe for debris from storms. It’s close to the water too. Okinawa is a very safe place. Probably one of the safest places on earth. That’s a good question. I’ll follow up and find out. Thanks 🙏 for watching.
@@QBNTO1 yea, i was going to say typhoon debris protection but it may also be people paranoid about break'ins because it is a very safe place. I was on sakurajima and they use nets to protect windows from rocks when the volcano occasionally erupts
