Okinawa, Japan. The Oldest People In The World

Japan. For hundreds of years this mysterious state had been cut off from the outer world. The iron curtain was lifted only in the late 19th century, and in the 20th century the country became the homeland of economic miracle. Modern Japan demonstrates miracles of another kind. Its citizens live longer than anyone else on the planet, with the average lifespan of 82 years. The most significant contribution to this achievement is made by the tropical island of Okinawa. The southern-most Japanese island holds the record on the number of centenarians. Sunny Okinawa isn't a typical Japanese region. 450 years ago this territory was an independent state, Kingdom of Ryukyu, with its own laws, customs and language. The island became a part of Japan only in 1872. Okinawa of today is one of the smallest prefectures of the Land of the Rising Sun and the only place in Japan where it never snows.
As life expectancy continues to soar, more and more of us are living to well over the age of 100. We ask some of the oldest people in the world the question everyone wants answered: what is the secret to long life?

I think, that these old people who're active, healthy, strong and still doing their daily chores are NOT being so ONLY by consuming healthy foods but all of these together: genetic, organic food, great climate, beaches, exercise, especially swimming and walking on the sandy beaches, plus the support of each other! May God bless these lovely old people 🙏❤

Use it or lose it. It's so true about exercise. They seem to live simple healthy highly self disciplined lives. What amazes me is the large amounts of salty foods the Japanese consume, which is supposed to be bad for health, but it doesn't seem to affect their longevity. Though their diet does not seem to contain copious amounts of saturated fats and sugars, like our Anglo Western diets typically do. And I have never seen a fat Japanese, apart from their specially bred Japanese sporting wrestlers. Their diet has a lot of pure starches eg rice and beans paste etc. But they seem to eat a lot of other foods and beverages eg green and matcha teas etc to counteract the toxic effects of certain foods. Maybe the secret is not a "one size fits all" solution or same healthy diet and life habits for ALL breeds of humanity. Because the different races all have different types of bodies, so may have different good needs, chemical tolerances to food substances etc. So, though eating tons of salt may not kill a Japanese, it probably will have m an Anglo Western type physiology, with different sorts of genes, DNA etc that makes them less tolerant of high salt intake. So, perhaps it would be useful to do further research into the potential like mk between the DNA or genetic make up of people of different races, to determine what foods, lif styles, work etc is more beneficial or detrimental to each breed (or the predominantly many genes you got, despite all the multicultural cross breeding over time. Then feed people and work them correctly, plan cities and living environments that suit their genetic make up better. This has wide implications. For instance, mental and physical health often affect things like crime rates and violence or productivity in different populations, as does their living environment. By finding out which diet, work type, sorts of living space etc suits certain genetic or DNA groups, it would be sensible to put each group in their best environment, feed and work them etc correctly, to bring out the best in a particular race, whilst suppressing their worst negative traits that emerge when their physiology and mental health etc is not getting what it needs to be healthy and begins to scream in protest eg those violent gangs of African descent youths in Melbourne who go around attacking innocent people. If these lived in a place like Africa or similar emvironment and had what they need living there or were shown how to produce it for themselves in their own natural best home environment, they would probably cause no problems there are even become great community assets to their own breed in their own lands, instead of being so sick, sad and causing do much trouble trying to survive in the wrong sort of living space, living the wrong way etc. The same would apply to other immigrants who are not doing very well Health and mental healthwise in lands different from where their tribe originated, despite having more, materially, as a result of migration. More does necessarily equate with "better" or "longer" or happier life. In fact, it is a mystery why so many second generation European migrant offspring die at a younger age than their old family members back home in Europe who were typically very poor and had hard working lives trying to produce what little good food they could on barren, rocky, infertile soil and harsher cold weather conditions. The young healthy looking, well fed immigrant second generation die younger, despite having a far easier, richer life style. But, perhaps the reason is self evident, no mystery at all. The ones back home live longer simply because they eat less and more natural food they grow themselves and must first do a lot of hard physical outdoors work before they can even have food to eat, wines etc to drink. The sun, the fresh air, the exercise from physical work and not being able to eat much and having and needing to drink abundant natural mineralised spring waters etc whilst doing such hard farm type work all contribute to better health and longevity. Compared with the affluent professional office type lifestyles of second generation European migrant offspring , drinking bottled water or 'health drinks" in plastic bottles, eating rich foods dining out constantly etc etc and no real exercise ie physical work outdoors in healthier environments. It all takes its toll on physical and mental well being.
