This is an Oklahoma Sooners highlight video of the team playing the Notre Dame Fighting Irish on September 28th 2013. This game was played in South Bend, Indiana. Thank you for watching!
@@quinn311nd he isn't just because your a fan of the losing team doesn't mean everyone in these comments are fans of the winning team they just admire success
did anyone notice that eerily close that first interception look like the one that Roy Williams and Teddy Lamen had back in 2001. I know Striker did not fly over the back but the ball did flutter into Cory Nelson arms and he ran around the same corner and in to the end zone for a touchdown.
Younger OU fans really don’t understand what this win meant for older OU fans. Other than the win at the Shoe, no other out of conference win in the Stoops era comes close. Blake Bell and Corey Nelson sealed their legacy with this win.
@Chris Bateman The ‘08 defense was underrated in my opinion, but they did struggle a little bit early in the year. But they improved steadily, and they actually played very well vs UF, which was a sign of what they would become in ‘09.
I really don't know how I'd get along without your OU vidz! This one is even more special since the month my USAF dad brought us to Tinker he and I listened to the 47-game breaker
Love the defense this year and we have so many weapons on offense man. A stable of backs and talented receivers. Shout out to Trey Millard, dude so underrated.
I remember this game and I was excited when Notre Dame was added to the schedule. Most people never even realized when Damien Williams is playing for Kansas City Chiefs in a super bowl where he played college at. Oklahoma knows how to find running backs that's a never-ending trend
Pansy. Rep your team like a real fan. I watched my Sooners get drubbed 73-21 by Nebraska when I was about 16 years old and stayed until the very end. I cheered every player for their effort. You are a fair weather fan if I've ever seen one.
I thought, being that Notre Dame is Always on NBC, that the announcers and commentators would be "pro" ND...but they seemed to be fair. I liked watching Oklahoma on NBC, they look good.
You are absolutely spot on! If that pass-happy turd (Heupel) would realize in short-yardage situations that you have a "Belldozer" and a "Bulldozer" a.k.a. Millard, in the backfield, his day would be a lot less worrisome. Unfortunately, its not just Heupel, but a recurring nightmare since Stoops took over. If Big Game Bob had a QB sneak in his playbook, he would have 2 more Nat'l Championships, i.e. LSU and Florida. When your QB is 6'4 or taller, all he has to do is fall forward at snap and T.D
BOOMER SOONER!!!...man I just want to say thank u for posting these highlights of our Sooners, and mosdef not showing any of the opponents wack ass highlights!!!
Bell isn't as established as Landry was as a passer, but I love the fact the he doesn't force anything! He seems like he checks down field instead of focusing on one guy. On top of that, if no one is open he can just take off!
Another good showing but Heupel must start calling better plays once he gets into the red zone or we will not be able to hang with the true title contenders. Stop getting cute with zone options and run it up the gut three times, if they stop you they stop you, but it will be because they flat out beat use and not because of poor play calling. I understand Millard is a great blocker but he HAS to touch the ball more once conference play starts if we are going to have a legitimate BCS shot.
I am totally shocked. This video has been up for an hour and there haven't been any "why aren't there any Notre Dame highlights?" comments. Boomer Sooner!
Are you serious? Read the title: Oklahoma Highlights, not just game highlights. Why does every one of his video's draw people who do not read the title and complain about the lack of other teams highlights?
Wholly33, why are you so angry man? So OU won. You've pretty much owned the series. Why do you want OU to lose so bad? It would be better on your part to have OU win. Relax it's just football.
sad ND felt the need to steal the idea of a "play like a champion today" sign they slap on the way to the field.....yea OU has had it since the 50's, ND since the 80's
Well, we know who the one Dislike vote came from. Hee hee. Go back home domer pyle. Big win for sooners today. only 1-9 before this. Wow. only win from my name sake Bud Wilkinson. Expecting big things for the remainder of season. TCU home - win no doubt TU Dallas - should be a W KU away - win no doubt (has Kansas won a league game in 3 years?) Tech - W ISU - W Baylor - W (tough game - da bears are really growling) Briles next UT coach. KSU - W OSU - W but tough Stoolwater will be rocking
apparently you missed that last game then. OU won because of schemes. ND much better talent, OU just out coached you guys and I don't mean like how teams out coach Texas, thats easy. it was a hard fought game, especially against your D-line.
Either you're a bandwagoner or 1979 means nothing in terms of your existence on this planet. ND has fielded far worse teams than what trotted on to South Bends turf this afternoon. And to say this team is terrible might show further how big of a fair weather fan that you are. ND's defense is no slouch, and outside of Tommy Reese your O can do some things. Quit downplaying an excellent game by the Sooners today.
