In college football, any run from the end zone is recorded as 100 yards regardless of how long it actually was. The famous (or infamous, depending on which side of Alabama you live) Kick Six in the Iron Bowl was also officially 100 yards though in reality it was around 108 or 109 yards.

Cinci has being undefeated going for them. Ok st doesn’t. Also big 12 teams have a history of getting smashed in the playoffs. I’m not saying cinci deserves it and will do better. I’m just saying it’s not so much a crime, like you’re saying.
