@crossertonis Where im at in Oklahoma, we got roughly 8 bushels to the acre. The droughth that came around this year killed us!! There is up to 640 acres in one field.

i'm studying in japan. the typical farmer here farms nothing bigger than 3 acres and does it more as a part time job. the overall average acreage per farm is only about 1.5 acre. i can't image a 10,000 acre farm.
