Yes buy with pro pack. Company offers some extra features and mobile connectivity and app support. Which are better and not at all glitchy like Ola Lesser than Ola but works without hassle. Right now some features are not working Ather is proposed give a complete software update by month end hopefully.
Did you purchase any fast charger with your ather,as I heard somewhere that the default charger they give takes atleast 15hours to full charge and without pro pack your scooter dash board shows really nothing 😢...
Bajaj chetak 3201 use Service is really bad Top speed - 69 kmph Range is low nearly 60 - 70 km ( claimed 136 ) Charge time is nearly 5 hours Only good thing is its build quality

I am an Hero Vida V1 pro user. Best service experience ever. I used this scooty more than a 1.5 years. No bug found but the mobile app is not useful and one more thing home charging port below the sit which one is bad and unusefull.

I think your video needs more research on hero vida, it is nowhere offering 165km range. Its been almost an year owning it, it has several issues and it does not qualify as a good product, switch qualities are worst. Boot and power switch fitted along and the quality of switch is below average, once you press it will get stuck. Problem with auxiliary battery, limp home, no onboard navigation, long charging time, poor range . Boot lid is not easy to close and you cannot keep a full face helmet, bogus claims were made. especially you can find multiple users facing problem of limp home in vida. Also speed in eco mode is 45 only-/, now scooter does not start while pressing the power switch. The reason why hero failed to make it to the market, they don't want to take any input. I request you search videos and research properly Never buy vida, ola and iqube reason of adding iqube they sell it so expensive.
मेरे पास vida v1 प्रो है जिसे 26 नवम्बर को 1 साल हो जाएगा। कुछ दिन पहले ही इसकी सर्विस कराई है। जिस सर्विस सेंटर पर इसकी सर्विस कराई वहां अभी तक vida की एक भी गाड़ी नहीं आई। पता चला उस शोरूम के मालिक ने 15 vida का ऑर्डर दे रखा है लेकिन कंपनी ने शर्त रखी है जब तक वहा के टेक्नीशियन vida को अच्छी तरह से सर्विस करना नहीं सिख जाते तब तक 1 भी गाड़ी डिलीवर नहीं करेंगे। क्योंकि कंपनी का कहना है गाड़ी भले ही कम बिके पर सर्विस सही होनी चाहिए। इस वजह से आपको vida काफी कम शहरों में दिखेगी।
मेरी vida में दो बार टेक्निकल गड़बड़ी आई थी जो 24 घंटे में ही सही हो गई। 1 बार तगड़ा वाला एक्सीडेंट हुआ था जिसमें उसका आगे का भाग पूरी तरह से टूट चुका था लेकिन उस समय भी गाड़ी चल रही थी। कोई और गाड़ी होती तो बिल्कुल न चलती। लेकिन मेरी गाड़ी 10 दिन में ठीक हो गई थी जिसमें मुझे केवल 210रुपए सर्विस चार्ज और मैने अपनी तरफ से वर्कर को 200 रुपए दिए थे।
ये सब बेकार स्कूटर है काम वाले लोगो के लिए। मगर बेकार लोगो के लिए अच्छे स्कूटर हैं। क्योंकि जिन लोगों को काम होता है वो लोग पेट्रोल भराने का टाइम नहीं रहता उसमें भी जल्दी करते हैं तो 5 घंटे चार्जिंग कैसे करेंगे।

Vida Customer : I bought it for 1.3lakh on road price(Flipkart ). For that price, its worth it. Issues : Switches are not good quality. Minor software issues like limp home mode activates while on ride. Merits : Service : if you have any problemn regarding Vida. Just a phone call to service centre and get the scooter there, problem solved.
