Strangely Knuckles seems to use his All-Star the least of every character I've faced against as CPU. I dunno why that is. (He's also one of the few characters to never show up as a CPU in Grand Prix races alongside the console exclusive characters and Opa-Opa)
@@CoffeeFlavoredMilk Knuckles is probably the best character in the game, given he has the most OP All-Star and he has super high handling and acceleration, so as a CPU he will nearly always be in the lead and therefore won't need to use his All-Star. And the fact he doesn't appear in Grand Prix means he'll appear less than Amigo (who is ALWAYS in Grand Prixs) who has the same stats.
