HOW I MIRROR FINISH A BAR
I start with an 80 grit flap disc on my angle grinder then I use my drill with 50 mm round sanding discs . I start with 150 grit then go through the following Grits 240-400-800 Then once I get to the following Grits I use a small squirt of WD-40 1200-1500-2000-2500-3000. The WD40 helps to lubricate the discs and stops the sanding disk binding up with the metal powder . Then after that I use my buffer wheel on my bench grinder to get a perfect mirrored finish on it.

Another week another video and this one's a little bit different but much the same. I got so many of these casings I thought I would make something pretty for the shelf and why not a nice medallion from Indiana Jones. I do a few other pieces as well but the Indiana Jones medallion is by far my best in today's melt. hey BigstackD, just wanna let you know that this mulberry tree (at least i think it is) near the new melting area looks great, but be careful if you intent to dump a lot of dust and slag near the roots because although minerals like coper are essential to a trees health, too much of it can be toxic and the tree might even die from coper poisoning. and do not dump aluminium dust or slag there. its straight up toxig to all plants. Sorry if sounds out of the blue but I work a lot with gardens and just want to help out.

No mate it’s all good I’m dumping the slaggy stuff against the retaining wall I put in last month which is probably about 7 m from it so there shouldn’t be any roots over that side as I have done quite a bit of digging in this area and I’ve never come across one of the roots from that mulberry tree Near where I’m dumping the crap👊🏻😁

Aluminum is not toxic to *all* plants. It's required for Hydrangeas. A hydrangea WITHOUT aluminum will have pale, wilty flowers, and poor resistance to fungus. But you can go overboard there too. A trick with hydrangeas is to bury a crumpled bit of aluminum foil among its roots... to slowly release aluminum oxide. Keeps the flowers bright blue and healthy. But you are generally correct. Aluminum is poor for plants. Except those with blue flowers.

So sorry to hear that. I've had two girls for 5 years now, and I STILL miss my last pup, especially when I see pictures of her. My wife had to have her put down while I was on the road, driving semi. I couldn't be there to take her in. Not physically... I just couldn't deal with taking her to a vet for that reason. Now, I have seizures and my Husky recognizes when one is coming on and warns me and my wife. Incredibly loyal dog! Never been trained to do it, but she just does. I know how it feels, and I hope you have no objections to me praying for you and your family.

Sea Bugs are sooo tasty. it never ceases to amaze me how brass dissolves steel and stainless. I almost would tell you to get/make a small ball mill, dump all your slag into and crush up. leave you with just the metal bits and powder all the silicates.

Добрый день. Делюсь сюжетом для ролика. При плавке цветных металлов очень большой остаток окислов. Вы эти окислы убираете в банку. Если окислы металла смешать с размолотым каменным углём или древесным углём, смесь нагреть до жидкого состояния, то окислы восстановятся до чистого металла. На этот процесс подпищики будут смотреть.
