However if you walk away or dont fight back then you get off scott free and the bully usually gets worse like a few weeks suspension

speaking as someone who was picked on through the entirety of school, the teacher's reaction is pretty realistic - they never punish the instigators, they always go after the kids being bullied because their existence is an inconvenience because they provide someone to bully and therefore make teachers have to DO THEIR JOBS. not sure if it works differently in the UK, if it does and I ever have kids I will fucking pack up and move there so fast it will give the entire united airlines whiplash trying to process me.

Yeah. In the first film he tells Kat that he went outside in the snow to play with his sled and eventually his dad told him to come back into the house but Casper didn't want to stop playing with the sled so he stayed outside, eventually developed pneumonia and died.

The first Casper film and Casper Meets Wendy are actually fairly decent. They say a lot about the franchise in general however: they're not terrible but there's not much remarkable about them either.

Feel free to correct me if I'm wrong, but didn't the first film make it look like Casper died around the early 1900's? The beginning of *this* film makes it look like Casper just died, but the area looks like the mid-to-late 90's!

Oh my god I remember this movie now... I watched it when I was little and there's this scene at the end where the kid is trapped in a house about to be demolished and he straight up accepts that he's going to die. That shit made me sad.
