@@johnbritt3738 Yup, most refuse to leave and get a higher paying job. Majority of Orlando Disney employees either came on the Disney College Program, dropped out, and never left to try and live a permanent vacation, or moved here with nothing in their bank other than falsely believing that all their problems would disappear. People want to get high off the pixie dust and believe their troubles go away. There is something about Orlando that definitely attracts these types. I lived here, worked at the parks, majored in hospitality, and met literally hundreds of cast members when I managed them at the parks with this mindset.
Yep, That's definitely what they're doing. I bet they're old as F and the frame is made from wood 2×4s that are rotting. They probably smell really musty inside and the furniture is old and the upholstery rips easily. I wouldn't pay 50,000 for that. I'd offer them 10,000 just to take it off thier hands because I'll bet they need a lot of work.
wow 50 000 bucks and you still gotta pay for set up and water septic taxes land...omg i housing is crazy now i bought my 14x70 trailer 15 years ago for 15000...dam!!!!!!!!!!!!
@@billybrown7953ignorant. You really thought you were doing something with that comment, didn’t you… You have no idea how it looks or the shape it’s in.
I understand the value of these homes and I expect a momentarily lowering of the price anyone would not be watching their wallet it would not be advantageous for Anyone's future to purchase at states prices from my perspective waiting is the game severe reduction in price is appropriate if they want to sell these homes homes!!! Salud
A flipped 25 year old mobile home for $50k? Who is going to be dumb enough to buy one of these? Most mobile home movers won't even transport a trailer that old.
You added one to many zeros, it's about $100- a square foot. I live in Southern California a mobile home here will set you back $150,000 in a bad neighborhood if you get near the beach it's probably 3/4 of a million dollars not kidding. To me 50K for a ready-to-go inhabitable fully furnished trailer that is built to commercial durability standards seems pretty reasonable. All you need is a 5-acre plot in rural Florida and in my opinion you would be set.
There is no reason to be dirt poor unless your lazy or un-educated..and your un-educated because you're lazy...you see the common denominator here ? Probably not !
@@johnbritt3738 actually I am disabled in constant pain and my legs don't work most the time. But even with my disability I can do online sales, I used to run a huge prepaid cell network until it got so popular you can buy them at any dollar general. I had a decent time back then when my mind still worked, I am on my way out now. But I would agree with you on any able bodied person.
It’s amazing they took actual things that look like cabins and they’re replacing them with things that look like houses that they’re calling cabins that’s weird maybe they should just get rid of Fort wilderness because it doesn’t look like Fort wilderness
