Sasuke is arguably the most misunderstood anime character. Yet he has so much depth that isn't easily understood, at the same time it justifies all of his actions and decisions throughout the story. He was so well written it's so easily understandable why people hate him. They can't relate.

Sasuke beginning to change when he quite literally starts seeings the world through his brothers eyes is so beautiful.

Everyone talks about Naruto's suffering but very few people talk about Sasuke and Itachi's suffering.

when you watch part 1 of naruto and can’t yet understand why everyone in the fandom seems to worship itachi. but then you get to part 2 about 130 eps in and you’re finally old enough to understand. when you’re watching naruto as a little kid, and you don’t really pay attention, and then you decide to rewatch as a big kid and you finally realize all that was happening. you’re finally old enough to understand. this song fits so well not only with what happened to viewers of the series who grew up on it, but also with what happened to characters within the series. not just sasuke, but naruto, the other kids of the villages. the conflicts grew more severe. the battles and struggles they had to face on the daily grew more intense and the stakes were higher until they were raised to their absolute highest. started with exams and got to facing against a godlike madman seeking world domination and a woman from a clan of gods. they all were forced to grow up quickly by their circumstances. this song it just.. it just fits the whole series so well.

There relationship was what really showed that you shouldn’t judge a person just by there actions but the reason behind those actions. Itachi was a character who greatly displayed this.

Even as a 8 years old I could understand his postion even after I watched Naruto and Naruto shippuden. It’s not age, it’s maturity and empathy and sympathy. Everything was balanced in my life حمدالله but it doesn’t take age to identify this type of sympathy. I’m currently 15 years old but I’m not trying to imply my age but I was 8 years old and I could undertand everything that would around me with the context, instead of “ old enough to undertand” it’s “finally understood” because around the time of pre operational stage u feel sympathy and empathy and can think complex.

Some may have better storyline or less plot holes considering how short all popular shows are these days but none of them can reach the level of storytelling done by these old gen shows.

This is exactly why I really like this scenario, that somebody doesn't know what is the side story of Itachi (For those who skip episode). The life of Itachi is literally a "Stressful Situation" I mean he went from Cou'p D' état (His Father Leadership Konoha) to Anbu to Akatsuki. Sarutobi and Hiruzen were having discussed about this conflict situation Uchiha Clan to Konoha (The Hidden Leaf Village). Without knowing his younger brother Sasuke's aftermath. He is the REAL SPY AGENT there, where he actually stops the war with Uchiha and Konoha. If you know what I mean, watch the episode 451 I think and also 141, and this is a really plot twist of Itachi. And also the "UNTOLD STORY of ITACHI UCHIHA" Kinda makes me cry again with tears, about this scenario. All things for Sasuke sake, even though he not meant to hurt Sasuke. Itachi's Line that makes me cry: "So this time I want to impart this truth with you, you don't even have to forgive me, and no matter what you do from here on out, I will love you always.” *"I have told you the whole truth, I always lied to you. I asked your forgiveness, while keeping you at distance. Because I wanted to keep you out of this."* PS. Sorry my comment long after all these years, it's been 2, years this video. Itachi was always wrong for what he did, I am glad he realized that in the end. I feel he used Sasuke as a scapegoat to rationalize what he had to go through - and he put faith in his sacrifices thinking it would be worth it for Sasuke to become stronger. It worked, but so tragic.

Itachi's sacrifice always makes me tear up. I like that part where Itachi tells Sasuke he will become a stepping stone for him, a challenge he will have to surpass. I believe it is true, as a child I vibed with Itachi a lot but now that i'm older, his words have taken on a new meaning.
