Going back and listening to all your digitone stuff now I have one and spent a day with it. Really loving it so much. Loving this piece of yours too this morning. My plan is to ride my bike out to nowhere and make stuff in nature Hopefully some videos soon.
Been loving my digitone into the digitakt and morphagenes. Nice track for watching the moonfall by the bay and listening to the first whispers of spring
Beautiful music. I played it while viewing HD video and pictures of Earth and Mars from space on the Nasa website. Try it, it fits perfectly! 🌍 Peace ✌️ out people 🌍
Hello r beny, wow this is so beautiful...... I just picked up a used Digitone, any way thanks so much for presenting this wonderful example of sonic possibility!! I truly made the right decision....
How are you getting the seamless drone? Even with infinite decay/slow attack I'm getting a retrig at the start of the sequence and I've been trying to figure out how to get rid of it!
I'm looking to build a small but powerful ambient rig, but am struggling between digitakt or digitone to chose from as the brain of the rig. Any input? Thanks.
I love your Digitone videos so much, and I am seriously considering getting one myself to make ambient music. But I am also looking at the Model:Samples and loading my own synth samples in, seeing as it is cheaper and has six tracks compared to four. Which would you recommend?
i think it depends on how much you are into designing your own sounds. digitone is an fm dream. takes it even further with 2 filters per track. but if you aren't into that, the model might be an okay if you want to mangle synth sounds you made elsewhere. the effects are basically the same and you can do a lot with mangling samples.
@@rbeny cheers, thanks for the reply! I was almost able to buy a used Digitone yesterday for 350$. I was quick to reply, asking if I could buy it only three minutes after he put it out for sale, but he changed the status of it to sold and never replied to me... 🙄 I am pretty salty to say the least. There's another used one out for 650$ now, but I don't know honestly anymore...
If any video sells me a Digitone it will be this one. Your composition, instrument aside, is outstanding as well. Is the bass a patch of your own or a preset?
i think i would say digitone, mostly due to the sound design possibilities. e2 does have good sounds, but you are limited in scope of how far you can take the sounds. both awesome though.
Thanks for the like r Beny. I downloaded your discography on band camp and shared your stuff with all my musician friends. Unanimously they all loved it!
probably the digitone? i love op-1's portability and it's got some killer oscillators and sampling capability...i like the digitone effects better and it allows you to go deeper on editing the sound. that's more my speed at the end of the day
Awesome track! Jogging House has been doing cool ambient stuff with a Digitakt lately; you guys should collaborate on an incredible Electron jam session. :)
