For your courage to🎉 project that people of Tibetan Origin popularly known as Bhotay ,amonst people of Nepali Origin and as Bhutia for rest of Indian, are also the native inhabitant of Kalimpong, of course increasing their population occasionally by some Tibetans running away from Tibet ,once in a while, due oppressive rule of Tibetan Nobility/ Administration. But, unlike Nepali Origin population, induction of Tibetan Origin People from Tibet have ceased with the take over of Tibet by Red Chinese in 1950. Whereas the growth in the population of Nepali Origin people did not cease due to open gate policy adopted by the Govt. Of India through the Indo-Nepal Treaty of 1950 which is still in operation. O
