My college sent out this automated message while the campus was under a Tornado Warning. The voice used sounds VERY similar to the old Donna voice that was once used on NOAA Weather Radio.
Although it possibly isn’t the old Donna voice, this sounds very similar to it, especially when she says “Illinois.” It could be the same voice but is just not set up in the same way as when the NWS used it with CRS (meaning many words would be pronounced differently here than they were on NOAA Weather Radio).
