They are to flat, you added to much butter for the amount of flour used. That's why they're extra brown on the end because of the extra butter causing them to spread
I haven't had the cookies yet, but when I tell you the Carmel Cake I just bought for my mother is phenomenal . My mom is raving how delicious the cake and she can't wait ro eat it all and get another.

Yes you can. In the video I say that my sis took the other half of the dough. She put it in the freezer and has since baked some of them and it tastes just as good 😊
