Old School Mini Bike Brake Band Installation and Review 

Thanks for the tip pat. If anyone is wondering if it works backwards, I'm here to tell y'all i've had no issues since the day i installed it. Thumbs up!

RyanFamilyAdventures .. You'll have more Torque by installing the cable correctly through the front which is the way it is supposed to be done.. For a period of time Michrina Bros. / LiL Indian used the clutch brake around 72-73. Also, Google 'Ruttman' Minibike pictures. Every Ruttman model used the clutch brake and the cable was installed through the front.. The cable draws the band up tighter , ensuring a much better stop ! ...👊😎

It really doesn't matter. On a mini bike it helps reduce cable cutting and running around frame. On a kart yes definitely other way because you want it in line with the pedal. And at least he did a honest video crap happens.

Stops very well, will even skid if squeezed hard enough. Requires adjustment every so often depending on how often you use it. I still flintstone it most of the time, the breaks for emergency's LOL

Rides on housing. It's not going to do much. You'd probably have to replace the clutch anyway before that would ever become a problem

Cheaper on ebay just get a reputable seller.
