I love skating these boards because they take the pressure off. No more worrying about landing an insane flip trick, just shred it and skate everything as hard as you can and have fun.
I love the 80's ...esp the late 80's cause skateboarding was so much more magical. You have that magic in your style man and I see why Lance messaged your page.
I'm into oldfart skateboard decks. Lol! I actually have a birdhouse projects Andrew Reynolds deck that Tony hawk sent me threw mail.. it's also in white magazine all about tony hawk.. but he rode a Andrew Reynolds deck in Encino YMCA.. park. I have it and all proof he actually sent it to me. Kept the sticker on box and letter he gave me. I wrote to Tony hawk since late 80s . And 90s. But I used to give ideas to skateboard companies and they have used them. I love to give free ideas. I love to help people and kids. I used to give to kids here. But now I wish I kept my slickbottom Mike vallely animal deck from world industries.. but i give to kids . Now I'm 45 years oldfart now.. and I'm glad oldschool skateboards are a come back.. because shapes were the koolist.. they were artful and some went with the skateboarders.. there own shapes and art on the decks..
I skate that same board back when it first came out in the 80's, that was my second favorite board after my Tommy Guerrero! Hey who was that band that was playing when you were first skating.
Nice one dude,, giddy up! Most Zoomers wear Zeppelin and rock shirts to look vintage Lol. You would have loved skating in the 80s and 90s. It's sad that Gen Z is pretty boring and TAME compared to Gen Xrs, very different mindsets. Keep being you dude
How's the concave on that thing? Flat as a table? Or kinda bended on the edges? I skate a Keith Meek Slasher with 60mm spitfire classics as my main setup, like to hear back, you seem pretty chill.
