The owner should be teaching companies how to package things efficiently because it’s utterly incredible he packaged everything needed to run and construct a ten person seating capacity restaurant for six hours on the pushcart itself 😂. Food looks amazing too
Wow i don't know what a lot of this food is? But it just looks so delicious that i want to eat it all. It's certainly such a professional set up and you can see all the hard work that goes into all the preparation. Setting up the stall and preparing & cooking the food is just like a work of art. Congratulations to all concerned with this business & excellent job with the filming also 🤞😀
Owning your own restaurant in place, cleaning it, running it, making sure all equipment and ingredients are all in stock is one thing. But doing all of that Above but having to assemble and disassemble your mini restaurant day in and day out. That is a whole nother level. Respect.

I love to eat at these Japanese stalls rather than in some expensive restaurants. I also have lots of respect for people like the owner here who works hard and is dedicated. Respect! Sleeping for 4 hours is not something I can do. Thank you for your great video!😀👍
