We caught up with Shinkiro, a yatai in Fukuoka, Japan.
The friendly master was able to quickly open up to his customers and expand the conversation.
Of course, it's not just the master's personality that makes the restaurant so appealing, it's also the ramen, yakitori, pig's feet, and the many other exquisite dishes on the menu!
